Great products, great price but bad customer service. I ordered something which got lost and picked up by someone else with another signature than mine. they made me fill a complaint to the police and didn’t do anything after I gave them the proof of the complaint and the fact that the police dropped the case. The case lasted 3 months and they didn’t want to be held responsible. Legally they are! It was also obvious that I didn’t lie because even after that the parcel said delivered there were still some activity saying it could again suddenly be picked up. And again when I went to the pick up place they said they didn’t had it.

Quality, original products are sold here. They are very much reliable
I ordered a buggy, but the seller delivered a completely different item. When I informed them, they instructed me to return it. However, after returning the package as requested, they refused to issue a refund and claimed the error was my fault.
Despite my lawyer contacting them some time ago, they have ignored all communication. Their conduct is dishonest and unacceptable — they have taken the payment but failed to deliver the correct product, respond, or process a refund. This behaviour appears fraudulent, and it’s deeply concerning.

I ordered the Nutribabymoov plus from Babymarkt. The blender recently stopped working. I contacted them and immediately got a response to send pictures and videos. I sent it and they got back to me very quickly saying that they can't send a replacement but they refunded me the full amount for the machine. I order from them a lot and this is the first time this happens with a product. It's not them sending a faulty product, just something must have happened.
A perfect place to find kids' essentials. The quality of the products is excellent and highly recommended.
Honestly I like everything. It has a very strong structure and with a good coating. The price is very satisfactory. And with a delivery on time. All excellent.
I bought a stroller for 3999 SEK, and after just two months it started falling apart – the wheels came off and the fabric on the sunshade came loose due to poor quality and cheap glue. I filed a complaint over a month ago and still haven’t received any response. Not a single word.
As a parent, being without a stroller is already stressful enough – being completely ignored by the company you trusted makes it even worse. This isn’t just bad service, it’s disrespectful.
Shop somewhere else if you want to avoid a headache.

I didn't get a chance to cancel my order on the 60 minute time frame they have, because customer service didn't answer my call. I tried to call within their operating hours (monday to friday, 11am to 4pm) but they still didn't answer.
When they finally answered my email, the Time limit was exceeded, so they couldn't cancel the order anymore...

Big asortiment, good price. Just delivery to Norway is long term. About two weeks delivery and return goods cost plus enought big price.
Shipping takes ages. That includes presenting this to DHL, which already took 3 days. It then should not take over 5 logistical days (and counting) to get a small parcel out of Germany into the Netherlands. If you want something within reasonable time, do NOT order here.
