Wow - the customer service provided by David over the last few days has been just incredible. He went to great lengths to try and find warranty information from my baby monitor that was a gift from my recently departed uncle. Despite not being able to find what he needed, he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. In a time that could’ve been emotionally distressing he really helped me and is a fantastic asset to the company. BabyMoov is a fantastic, helpful company. With fabulous products. Thank you again David and team, you’re wonderful.
Many thanks to David from the customer service team who replied to our emails quickly and solved our issue in no time. It is a lovely swing, baby loves being able to look all around the room and changing the swinging direction easily. I love all the different songs available. To adjust the volume you just need to hold press the song button, I had to check the instructions to find out. Many thanks again.

Had a couple of separate interactions with the Babymoov team and each person I interacted with was helpful and polite. Unfortunately I think there was a fault with my unit (which i think is likely out of the ordinary as my mum and sister both have the same units and all is fine with theirs) and the Babymoov team stood by their lifetime guarantee and replaced the unit after initially trying to fix the battery.
Lifelong customer here. Would recommend to other parents.

I was in contact with David and I have to thank him for his amazing customer service. I sent an email and David promptly helped with my query and resolved it quickly. Great company to deal with and the Food Processor I ordered is amazing!

I’m in my 70’s and been a business woman all my life and I have never ever come across such an amazing company. Absolutely flawless service.
We had an issue purchasing an extra camera for our Baby Monitor, unbeknown to us the model we had had upgraded so the camera we purchased didn’t connect.
David at customer service immediately stepped into help and searched for a compatible camera. When there were none available, he arranged for a full new kit to be sent to us to allow us to connect the new camera.
I was so delighted and surprised as this could easily have been written off as customer error but the fact babymoov stepped up has made me a loyal customer for life!
Genuinely wish I could give more than 5 stars

Absolutely horrendous experience. The customer service is non existent. There is no contact number and when you do reach out via their contact form, they take ages to respond and even then their responses are unprofessional and they do not have the customer in mind!
I ordered the Babymoov baby food maker and the blender did not work! I didn’t expect this to happen therefore did not think to test it when it arrived. I took it out of the packaging, excited to wean my baby for the first time and the blender didn’t turn on. I had to order an alternative steamer and blender to avoid delaying my babies weaning! I’m now struggling to get responses from Babymoov customer
Service and they are refusing to offer me a refund because the SLA for a refund has passed. I didn’t expect an item of such ‘high quality’ to be faulty. It’s ruined my baby weaning experience. I would strongly advise not ordering from Babymoov. Their items are faulty, they don’t take accountability, they are very difficult to reach and communicate with and definitely do not have the customer at the heart of their business.

Every email I sent, it takes 2 weeks for them to respond. I asked to return their blender which I ordered off Boots.
It has been over 7 weeks when I asked to return the product for a full refund, only for them to email me, in our email thread, if I want a full refund. It's infuriating. I even asked to speak to the manager and they didn't address this in their response.
Babymoov’s Customer Services were very helpful, kind and professional.
I had purchased an anti-UV Tent 50+ UPF Protection Mariniere, the Nutribaby+ 6in1 Food Prep Maker Opal Green and Babybols. We like their products, they have been really very useful, in particular the food prep maker/steamer when making our baby’s food - it’s straightforward and easy to use.
Unfortunately the base unit of the steamer stopped working after 7 months and Babymoov had kindly sent a replacement base unit in a timely manner. Their Customer Services team have been very helpful and have responded to the Contact Form that I had completed on their website.
Well… firstly - thanks to Amelia in customer service, it all worked out in the end. Thank YOU.
Until then - the whole process of returning with Babymoov is outdated, difficult and unhelpful.
They ask you to share SO much info for a simple return - batch number, product ref, short video, dates, name of Reseller (Babymoov!?), proof of purchase…
Most companies supply a return slip / sticker in the package or at least have a more up to date return method simply referencing the order number.
The only way to get a response is via the form on their website if / when you get a response and then you reply… you are not guaranteed a speedy or even any response.
I contacted their UK and general insta accounts to get through to them who pushed customer service but still…. Their job is marketing, not to chase their
Colleagues.
For a company with great products and really good social media, their customer service and tech for returns is a real let down.
That said, Amelia in the end came to the rescue and sorted it all… give her a raise!
If anything, buy via a trusted partner retailer, not direct.
Initial review 25 April - I can only confirm the generally negative reviews below, the customer service is absolutely appalling. No contact number is listed on the website. When you submit the online form, it states Babymoov will respond by email within 48 hours. For me that was about 2 weeks ago, and I’ve heard nothing. 1 star.
ADDIT - As on Friday 9 May I have now received a full refund, a new product, and additional baby weaning equipment. Although the initial response was slow, credit must go to the company for the way they made amends for the error. They were very kind to do this, and have gone above and beyond to fix the issue. Due to this I have increased to 3 stars.
Useless non existent customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for a recent product I ordered and have just had radio silence. Awful service and will be keeping well clear of Babymoov in future. Be wary of this brand.
Very disappointing recent experience with Babymoov! I purchased a baby monitor in 2021 which started to play up within a year- in 2022 Babymoov were quick to act and sent a replacement monitor. Between the end of 2022- late last year we were using the monitor more and more infrequently. We had our second child at the end of 2024 and naturally found we needed to use the monitor daily once again.. within a month of use, it started playing up. This time Babymoov are refusing to help stating that we should have taken out a lifetime warranty which we were never made aware of. They have not even tried to help me troubleshoot what could be causing it to be so temperamental. For a brand whose client base is parents of young children, I’m shocked and disappointed that they have dismissed me in such an heartless manner- especially at a time when I am hugely dependent on a functioning baby monitor!
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order via Boots for one of their food prep machines on the 12th of March. Emailed them at the end of the month asking for tracking details. The first time they responded saying they’ll look into it and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. Emailed them again and filled in their form online. It’s now 15th of April and still no response. Tried emailing Boots but they said to contact babymoov as the order was coming directly from them.
