I sent email requesting more discount to cover extra alteration since the dress is too big and they honor my request. They paid extra to have it tailored to my measurements. The dresses are beautiful and well made. I get compliments every time I wear them. The details and embellishments are very pretty. I wear these to formal nights on cruises.

I purchased a wedding dress with custom made service. I loved my wedding dress, it fit her perfectly (size 8) .Very tasteful mermaid-style that could easily be worn again to the wedding.I will be perusing your website weekly—great deals to be had on formal wear, now that the holidays are approaching : )

Dress is beautiful, The delivery took about 25 days, it is a little slowly, the service said it is custom made to order. But it is realy very good quality for the price. The service als very helpful. When some want to buy here, please take care of the time!

My daughter had her Middle school prom and i did not want to spend a lot of money on a dress, so i bought it herer. The dress fit her perfeckty and it is soft with high Quality. we are happy with it and highly recommend!

Beyond bad…what an awful waste of fabric…paid $150 for black evening gown whose proportions were a joke…no way to alter…wear a size 6-8 American but ordered size 12 because of large breasts with intent to alter as I have done with past evening gowns… this gown fit like a size 6 with long sleeves way too short, too small to close across back and even if it could plastic snaps would never hold…my daughter is a small size 6 and tried it on with not much more luck…still looks cheap AF…not worth sending back to China. One more cheap Chinese product destined for American landfills if some other ignorant doesn’t buy it 2nd hand. Plus for some reason I received a surprise “bonus” dress that looks like a Goth TweedleDee/Tweedle Dum. Go to SHEIN for cheap clothing with loads better quality. My bad for not looking up reviews prior to purchasing.

I ordered a mother of bride dress in March and received a dress in June, 65 days longer than the processing and shipping time described on the web site babyonlinedress.de (note the German domain name as I thought I was buying from a German store but turns out to be China). The dress I received was not the same as the one I ordered which was supposed to be a size 12. The fabric was cheap poly not chiffon and the lace was not the same pattern. There were many defects with the sewing, and the size was not even close. I emailed them and they responded the same day but discouraged me from returning for a refund, instead, offering they would make me another one for free if I would keep it. Then another email offerring to refund "some money". I did ship it back at my own expense and got proof they received it. I have not received a refund after several follow up emails and have file a dispute through PayPal and have written letters to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. Please do not support this business as they do not provide quality product nor offer good customer service.

0 stars - I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience wirh a company. The dresses weren’t as described, I sent them back for a refund and they’re just ignoring me. I’m £100 out of pocket and I’m gutted. How are companies allowed to act like this??

I have purchased many dress from this store.

My daughter was adamant about ordering her prom dress from the company. After realizing that they’re based in China, I immediately reached out to ask for pictures of the back of the dress which isnt posted on their website, and to confirm that my daughter would have her prom in time.I ordered well in advance. I was assured that she would & also promised pictures of the back of the dress. Never received any pictures. I paid for the order to be rushed. I sent countless emails checking on the status of my order. A week before my daughter’s prom I received an email response telling me “Okay we got it” in response to my email inquiry asking where’s my daughter’s prom dress b/c their email responses started to become vague with statements like “we’ll ship out mid April.” No date, just mid April. After telling them over & over again, her prom is 4/23rd and we have no dress. Long story short, week of my daughter’s prom I received an email saying that they can cancel the order and stop shipping. Ex squeeze me? Why would you cancel an order that Ive been emailing you about non stop & the week of my daughter’s prom? What shipping did you stop when I was never provided with any tracking information? These liars & scammers are trying to tell me that b/c the dress was made & the tailor has to be paid, they have to charge me 40% and refund the remaining. At this point I swear Im being punked. Not only did these people lie, they took my $ and trying to play me like they made my daughter’s prom dress & shipped it out. I have disputed the purchase with my bank. My daughter found a dress from prom girl & we paid extra for shipping due to the timeframe. She received her prom dress from prom girl with no issues. I hate that we experienced such horrible customer service, scammed out of $300 & this could have potentially ruined my daughter’s senior prom. Please save yourselves and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this fake company. They have so many complaints all over the internet. People either receive a dress that looks nothing like their website pictures(which are stolen and fake btw) or they never receive their purchase at all and have a tough time receiving a refund.

i am a year 11 student who was looking for a formal dress, i bought from this site and then found all the horrible reviews, i was upset and stressed that my dress was not going to come or be bad quality but when it arrived it was perfect, only bad thing i have to say is that it had some wrinkles in the fabric which is expected and an easy fix. the fabric was great quality, i used the size guide and the fit was perfect and it was the correct colour.

I ordered a dress back in April, it was a very pretty dress and I needed it for grad. So about 20 days later I email them wondering where my dress was, they said that the dress was on its way, I emailed them again about a week later same thing, and said they can give me a partial email. They never gave the refund back. About two weeks later we email them saying that I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking to long. They said once again they can give me a partial refund. But I couldn’t cancel since it was already too far to cancel it. But today I got my dress, I am happy with it. But summary, do not order from this website, it’s most definitely a scam. (I ordered the dress on April 5th, and I got it May 25)

So let me tell y’all don’t waste y’all time spending money on this company at all I did rush order and expedited shipping and still had to cancel my order why does it take a month for rush order when it says 10-15 bussiness days ? If you do decide to get your dress from them good luck but I would not recommend . I ended up canceling my order and buying my dress from a store .

Don’t be fooled by some reviews that are saying the website has a good quality dresses! Probably it’s them doing the review! The dresses are poor quality! And was promised to send mine back for refund but as soon as they got their dresses I never heard back from them. Yes they reply when u are in process to buy the dress but when it comes to refund you will never here back from them!!! Total scums!!! You better off with other website !!!! Unless you have a lot of money and you okay with what ever you will get not even close to the pic they post when promoting online!!! But if you value your coin please don’t waste your time with this website they will just take your money and convince you that you will get refund which you will never get as they cut contact with you!!!

Save your money if you can!!!! Wish I had read reviews before buying would never have bought from them!!!! Will never buy from them ever again bad customer service and poor quality dresses not anywhere similar to the photo used on their website!!!!

Malgré des avis défavorables, j'ai commandé sur ce site car une robe me plaisait beaucoup. j'ai pris soin d'envoyer un mail avant de commander pour savoir si je pourrais retourner la robe si elle ne me plaisait pas , (le résultat peut être complètement différent quand une robe est portée par un mannequin) . On m'a répondu de ne pas m'inquiéter, aucun problème !
j'ai donc commandé ma robe qui est arrivée relativement vite, jusque là pas de problème. Par contre déception à l'essayage, elle ne tombe pas comme sur la photo et la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous.
J'envoie donc un mail pour demander l'adresse de retour de la robe car ça ne me va pas (j'avais commandé une taille standard et non une robe sur mesure pour justement la faire reprendre par ma couturière ou pour pouvoir la retourner si elle ne m'allait pas ) et là plus personne !
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et personne ne répond . Aucun moyen de me faire rembourser, ils mentent et ne tiennent pas parole. Je vous conseille fortement d'autres sites, plus sérieux. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai perdu 162 € et je dois retrouver une robe.

Despite unfavorable reviews, I ordered from this site because I liked a dress very much. I took care to send an email before ordering to find out if I could return the dress if I didn't like it, (the result can be completely different when a dress is worn by a model). I was told not to worry, no problem!
So I ordered my dress which arrived relatively quickly, so far no problem. On the other hand, disappointment with the fitting, it does not fall as in the photo and the quality is not there.
So I send an email to ask for the return address of the dress because it does not suit me (I ordered a standard size and not a custom-made dress to have it taken back by my seamstress or to be able to return it if she did not suit me) and there no one!
I have sent several emails and no one is answering. No way to get my money back, they lie and don't keep their word. I strongly recommend other, more serious sites. As far as I'm concerned, I lost 162 € and I have to find a dress.
Do not order on this site !!!

The worst company ever, the dress looks and feel like a Halloween costume. I am so furious with these people that I’m literally intact legal authorities. I want this company out of business they will not let me do a return thank god my bank blocked them. However I still want to see them in court.

Ordered a dress in burgundy size US6. Received a white dress size 16. Sent pictures and explained my complaint and after 3 weeks they finally admitted it was mixed up with another order. So I asked if they'd send the right one and their response was it wasn't available in burgundy anymore unless I wanted to pay more. So I just decided to send it back for a refund. Did send it back and finally got my refund, but they refuse to reimburse me for the shipping I had to pay to send it back, saying to read their return policy. Apparently when they are at fault, you will be out money one way or another.

The dress didn’t come the way it was showed in the pack and the refused to give me a refund.

Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to cancel my order for days and they email me saying I can cancel it but then won’t cancel it! Don’t ever do business with these people.
