Gave my email to this website to receive a free DL for baby sleep tips and have been absolutely bombarded with junk mail ever since.
Edit 1/3/23 I wasn’t suggesting that Baby Sleep Made Simple was sending me junk mail. The sleep guide they sent was very useful. However, it was the only DL I’ve requested online in several months and my inbox filled up immediately with unsolicited mail from other completely unrelated sources as soon as I had downloaded the Baby Sleep Guide. I can’t prove that my email was onsold but the coincidence can’t be ignored.
Edit #2 3/3/23 - in response to the owners 2nd reply, the Baby Sleep Made Simple was the only website to whom I gave my email address on that occasion. The junk emails started arriving just hours later. Since the owner sounds so upset, I’ll amend my star rating and the review title to reflect the quality of her product so that it doesn’t impact her statistics. However, my comments remain. Future users can make up their own minds.

Amazing, we are making strides. My little one is off the bottle and we are progressing day to day...thanks so much for the advice.

Big Kid Sleep success! As an already loyal Jilly client (21 days to peace and quiet - brilliant) I found myself looking for help again when Nono (our baby girl) was about 2. I realised that this is a different whole level and decided to purchase the Big Kid Sleep Made Simple program! What a good decision. She had had several setbacks like teething and the wonderful 2 yrs old sleep regression and after they were gone we were left needing to do the following before she would go to sleep:
* keep going into her room to settle her (even 10-15 times on several occasions)
* she would take about 1 hour to fall asleep
* during nightwakings we would need to do the same as for bed-time: go in and settle her so she would stop crying (this lasted around 1 hour, but sometime could last 3)
We purchased the plan and followed the instructions closely and, exactly as the first time when we sleep trained her (when she was 1 yrs old) it worked out beautifully.
I am not going to sugar coat it, if you want to make it work and see results you need to commit, but once you see the results, it is pure MAGIC. For us it took just 3 days to reduce the entries in the room to 3 times, and then to 0 (after night 4).
Another thing I highly appreciate is that it takes into account parenting. This is my opinion is an integer part of having an independent sleeping toddler. I have learned much more than how to sleep train from the course. This is so helpful now, because when I see the signs during the day (maybe I was not able to give as much attention or couldn't go outside as much or fill the power bucket, etc.) I can expect some trouble at sleep time and I can put together a plan to mitigate it. Really empowering as a parent to actually GET IT!
As a conclusion I just want to thank you Jilly for your amazing products and the heart you pour into them. I wish you and your wonderful team all the best.

We recently completed the Big Kid Sleep Made Simple program and what a difference it has made! When we started our almost two year old was up multiple times a night and was refusing to let my husband leave, sometimes for more than an hour at a time. Fast forward 10 days, he is now going to bed without complaint, sleeping 12 hours straight and taking a two hour nap! Side bonus, we applied this to our almost four year old and her early waking and resistance to nap/bed times is gone. We have our evenings back, we are getting sleep and our family quality time is improved. The video training and guidebook was straightforward, easily digestible and provides options for different personalities. The personality quizzes greatly helped us figure out which method to use, for both kids. Receiving follow up emails was helpful and showed how much they really care about your success. Would highly recommend!

This is such a helpful sleep training course! We love the slow, gentle process it leads us through. It breaks down each step needed to get your baby ready to fall asleep independently and sleep through the night, and it gives 4 different options for sleep training, so you can choose one you feel most comfortable with.
Before we even finished the course, my baby was so peaceful at bedtime, compared with the nightly tears we used to face at bedtime.
And then it only took two nights to get him falling asleep independently and peacefully at bed time! What a relief.
I highly recommend this course!

My husband and I were struggling until our baby turned 5 months to put him in the crib to sleep during the night and we were doing shifts to watch the baby until a friend of mine recommended the Baby Sleep Made Simple course. We are only in lesson 5 and even though we had ups and downs especially because of the holidays we are already seeing improvements slowly. We are still trying to finish the training so hopefully, soon we will come back to sleep together as a couple in our bed with him able to sleep through the night peacefully.

We are so glad we got the course! We saw big results after just a few days. Getting a step-by step plan made everything so much easier. Our little one slept from 630 pm - 6 am before all the steps in the course was used. And then sleep regression started! Getting support during every step of sleep traning and sleep regression has been sooo helpful!

I have nothing but positive things to say. This program has changed our lives! We were sleep deprived for months and our baby adopted the worse sleeping habits. As first time parents, we held our baby all the time during naps and sleep at night. We thought it would be impossible to have her sleeping independently in her own space. I came across this program one evening when I was so exhausted and out of options. This happens to be the second program we tried. The program breaks down and educates you on how to get your baby sleeping on their own. Our daughter now 6 months is fully sleep trained and does not cry at bedtime. She actually looks forward to it! We started the lessons and gradually built our way up to “the magic” as the support staff call it! It truly is magic watching your baby fall asleep on their own without rocking, or nursing. Our baby girl now knows how to put herself asleep and how to resettle. My husband and I feel like we can breathe again! My favorite things about the program are the support team, and the option to choose your sleep training method based on your baby’s personality and temperament. The support team has been very responsive and knowledgeable and the zoom meetings are awesome to be apart of as well. It’s so worth the money, if you want to sleep again and want your baby experience quality sleep, I definitely recommend this program. Thank you Jilly and team!

Me and my husband were struggling with my 11 month old as she would wake up several times in the night and we had to put her back to sleep. I am a first time mom and I did not know what to do. The first week of the process she was sleeping all night. The BSMS team helped me throughout the process and would always respond to my questions. I was able to train my little within 3 weeks she was sleeping independently for naps and at night. I am so glad I was referred to this program by a friend and it truly works.

We struggled with bedtime for my now 4 year old for nearly 18 months. With a new baby, this course couldn't have come along at a better time (ok, maybe 18 months ago). Bedtimes used to be a struggle. We'd walk on eggshells in hopes of avoiding meltdowns and tears for all involved, a late bedtime and exhausted parents with little time to themselves at the end of the day. Within just a few days of starting the course, we could see a noticeable improvement. As the course went on, the team was helpful at providing suggestion for how to tweak the approach or navigate resistance. Bedtime meltdowns are now a rarity, and when they happen, it's easier for us to understand how we might have gotten there and how to fix it for the next night. I also feel better equipped to handle this stage when my 3 month old eventually gets there and if we have any challenges with my older daughter along the way.

I have used BSMS for both my kids. Both have a different temperament and the program worked like a dream for both. I came across the program after failing miserably with two other programs for my son and this one just worked. When I had my daughter, almost three years later, I counted down to 5 month to finally implement the program with her and again, it worked amazingly. I was able to use the program basics to lay a good foundation with a new born and simultaneously set us up for the successful sleep training when she reached 5 months of age. The program is tried and tested and worked to get my daughter sleeping through the night in two very easy nights and the naps program had her taking long restful naps again after only two simple days. Anyone can put my kids to bed, leave the room with happy children and they put themselves to sleep. My son is now 3, still a fantastic sleeper and I am often told by his play school teacher or his grandparents, how easy it is to take care of him and put him to bed for naps or night sleep. I cannot recommend this program and the wonderful support team enough for a wonderful program, easy and well explained steps to follow and constant support and encouragement when needed. I love everything Baby Sleep Made Simple.

If you’re an exhausted momma and feel like you’re going to freak out, follow this program. Before I had a baby I didn’t think sleep training would be a path for me but I also had no idea that my son was going to wake up every 45 minutes for 8 straight weeks. I was crying everyday and felt hopeless. I feel like I read everything I possibly could about baby sleep and how to fix it but there was just too much information out there to feel confident in one approach. Jilly’s program is easy to understand and easy to follow. The support is honestly the best part though. You will have weekly opportunities to talk live with either Jilly or another support team member.

I followed the check-in method and on night one my 5 month old son slept for 4 hours straight. He still puts himself to sleep independently and only wakes for a feed. I am so grateful to this program and the support from Jilly and Alyssa 🙏🏻❤️

Baby sleep made simple is a brilliant course to sleep train.Before I joined this course I had lost my hope that I will never get to sleep ever in my life with a baby who doesnot sleep at all.Nights were a nightmare.Now I am so satisfied that my child sleeps independently .Happy baby happy mumma :) Thanks a lot Jilly.

I almost booked with the horrendously expensive Batelle sleep school because I was A) tiiiiired and B) convinced that regular sleep training was cruel. Batelle says they teach kids to love and trust sleep, which really resonated with me. I didn't want my precious 8month old to just give up on us and go to sleep because he has no other options. 1500$ however seemed insane and my husband convinced me to try an alternative first... Babysleepmadesimple had great reviews so I went with it. So glad we did!!! I loved all the background information on baby sleep, which is really helpful for me and my scientist brain. I like to know why I am doing what I am doing. It made me feel really good about what I was about to do, so I entered the actual sleep training process with a lot less fear and guilt than I started out with. I also loved the option to choose from various methods based on your baby's temperament; as well as the step by step guides... made it super simple to follow, which is priceless. I can honestly say I have read about every sleep consultants blog out there, but still had a hard time figuring out what the RIGHT approach would be for me and my little one. With BSMS it all of a sudden got super simple and clear. Even though I have read hours and hours about baby sleep I still got a few nuggets of new information, and honestly those really mattered. So long story short... my life has changed soooo much to the better now that I have an actual evening to enjoy. It was not nearly as intense as I thought it would be. The first night was rough, yes, but then it got better quickly and by night 4 this little boobie addict that was used to sleeping next to me nursing on demand like ALL the time fell asleep happily on his own, in his crib. I didn't think that was possible. Needless to say I bought their nap program right away, haha! My only regret is not having done this sooner.

I am really disappointed in how they treated us. Before we bought the training, we asked if it made sense for us to purchase the training 2 weeks before we traveled out of the country, or if we should wait until a later time. They encouraged us to buy it before traveling. Then in a zoom call Jilly said with the time we have left before traveling there was only enough time to do the cry-out method, which at the time we didn’t want to do.

Two weeks into support (after our flight from traveling) our little one got sick and we asked nicely for extended support because we couldn’t continue training, but was told this wasn’t possible (even though there is a 30-day refund policy).

Now, in their DMs we asked a small follow-up question on the sleep training and instead of taking 10 seconds to answer (a previous customer), they tell us we have to pay $30 more dollars, which is completely unreasonable.

It’s all stuff you can find on the internet, I would like a refund, when I purchased it said $118, once I paid I found that price was in fact in USD, wasn’t happy. Was charged $178 AUD!!
It’s just a platform to promote third party products which I’m sure they get paid to do so.
It’s within the 30day period so I would like to be refined please.

We have tried several other programs and sleep consultants and nothing was helping our LO learn to fall asleep independently and stay asleep. 21 Days to Peace and Quiet helped us successfully sleep train our 13 month old. We used the check-in method and from night one he was sleeping through the night 11-12 hours. The support option is amazing (30 days!!) and the support team is very responsive!

We were hopeful...
We were so excited about the different options within this program and even the fact that we could ask questions and receive guidance, wisdom, and support. None of these things were true. All of the "options" are actually just one option. And the Slack Group is more damaging than helpful. I asked multiple questions only to receive the same advice that I saw them give other people, "go back and read/watch the lesson." I was even more saddened when I reached out to BSMS to let them know my experience with their program and they just kept inviting me to the Slack Group -- the one thing that made all of this WAY WORSE!!! Finally, I asked for my money back since I didn't receive what they promised, they said no. Also, this curriculum is nothing new. You could find everything that they share on google for free or in a book at your local library.

The Baby Sleep Made Simple Program has helped our family and our little one get more sleep. We are not sleeping through the night just yet, but we are definitely heading in that direction! I have really benefitted from the support that Jilly's team has provided. The program has a ton of helpful information that I regularly go back to.

We have loved the program. It is full of helpful information and lots of support. With all of the prep work it was a smooth transition for my LO to go to bed on his own. He’s 7 months old and we we’re getting pretty desperate. I’m so thankful I found Jilly and her team. The program has worked great for us and the support has been so helpful.
