Do not buy anything from this company.
The products do not match the photographs at all. It’s a scam!
I purchased what is described as a life like rabbit. It is a cheap poorly made impression of a rabbit. There is no fur on the underside so it just shows the plastic compartment where the batteries are inserted.Where there is fur none of it fits the rabbits body correctly and the fabric cheap and thin.
I ordered it on 10 August and it finally arrived on 26 August . It was to be a birthday present for my 6 year old grandchild on 28 August
Absolutely disgusted with it, no way could I present that as a gift.Had to buy a suitable alternative .
They are charlatans

The shower cap I bought for my kid is nothing like the description at all. Inferior material sold at high price, took forever to arrive and arrived damaged.
Avoid them if you want quality stuff

"Lifelike" toy rabbit - NOT. I am disappointed with the toy rabbit I received which was nothing like the photos, video and description advertised on their website. After asking for a full refund I have so far only received a "small - £5" gesture and several patronising emails advising that like other customers I will grow to love it, and that it's not just a toy! I suggest BabySmi remove the photographs and description of this toy which are surely in contravention of the ASA's rules on misleading advertising and take some real pictures and video of this toy.

The company will not issue a refund.
No matter how well I explained and requested a refund, the company just sent prompt and polite replies explaining why it was such a fantastic toy and then they told me they'ed sent a replacement item after I sent a video, questioning if the toy was functioning properly.
Be warned you will not get the Refund as stated on their website.
The little dog, while cute, has the standard jerky movement of that type of toy and it squeak barks. You can't control it. It's a nice quality and has plush soft fur but is very standard.
Just don't expect a refund of it's not suitable.

Scam company - they claim they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but when I asked for a refund, they kept asking me why. I'm in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards so we'll see if I do get my refund.
