I ordered a cot from Babysnooze on 3rd July, which was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, 4 items arrived damaged. I contacted Babysnooze on 8th July and, after providing all requested pictures and part numbers promptly, the process quickly became frustrating.
Communication was slow and required multiple chases (8th, 10th, 18th, 23rd, 24th July). On 25th July, I was told the customer service representative Sami, had been on annual leave and my emails had been “stuck in the outbox.” I was offered a 20% refund for the damaged items, which I accepted the same day.
I then had to chase again on 1st August, and finally received a refund on 4th August — but it was for £44.99 instead of the correct £53.99 (20% of £269.95). Babysnooze admitted they calculated this incorrectly by taking the refund from the VAT-exclusive price rather than the gross amount. Despite me pointing this out on 5th August and requesting escalation to a manager on 7th August, I have received no reply as of 13th August.
Over a month after first reporting the damage, I still haven’t received the correct refund, and the lack of timely communication has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Babysnooze based on this experience.

Really impressed with these guys. I placed a pre order, within a couple of days I had an email advising this would unfortunately not arrive before Christmas and if that was okay.
It was a Christmas present so I needed to cancel, I was offered alternatives which was a nice touch and swiftly refunded as we were set on our original order.
Will definitely order again from you when the need arises.

The cot was lost in transit with your delivery company you used so was not my fault. You also told me you wasnt returning the cot to me because it was broken just wanted to keep my money and the cot also. Terrible company and i know other people who have had issues with this site so i will tell them to also leave there reviews of there problems so more people can see when thinking about ordering. I was told if i returned cot they would send me the white cot i wanted so i wouldnt of damaged the cot as there was no issue i thought the company was going to do as they said.

Cotbed and it is perfect. Delivery arrived sooner than expected. Quality of the cotbed is of such a high standard. Theres also a pullout drawer which can be used to store additional items. The cotbed was so easy to assemble as the instructions were great and easy to follow. My baby already loves his new Cot. Couldnt recommend Baby Snooze enough.
Excellent customer service ordering my cotbed from Baby Snooze! We received expert advice when choosing which cotbed to go for as there were so many beautiful options! We decided to go with the Lillian Sleigh cotbed which completely exceeded our expectations. It has a beautiful sleek design and a pull out drawer for storage, which there can never be enough of! We were kept up to date with regular updates on the delivery and the instructions were simple to follow to build. The quality of the mattress is also impeccable and the best we have seen. The item I ordered took far too long to come. I thought it had been forgotten about. I had one email saying it was still being processed then 7 week it arrived which in the mean time I had bought another one.

I would suggest to not order from this site and before I ordered stroller from them I needed to read reviews first. On 13 of May I ordered stroller, it was available to order and was said Direct delivery 2 to 5 days, estimated delivery on 21 of May. We are going on holidays on 22 of May, so I thought good will come on time. Waiting for one week, nothing, they not sending my stroller. So today I am calling them, no one pick up a phone, called numerous of times. So went to they Web side to just check my stroller, and what I see, it is for pre order now. Come on, are they are serious company, scamming people like that. They even did not contact me to let me know that my wanted stroller is out of stock. So unprofessional. People please think twice, three, four time before order something from Baby Snooze.

And in the end they going to blame you for they mistakes. So sad.
Even in my invoice was said that estimate delivery is on 21st of May. And there wasn't nothing said about preorder. They even could spare a bit of time to check all Information.

The cot bed is lovely exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable and the service was good. Until it came to the delivery which was disappointing. Firstly it didn’t arrive at the time we were notified and after 3 phone calls it arrived about 4 hours later, and only half the order, the other half came the following day, again not at the time notified and hours later after 2 phone calls.
Great quality cotbed for an affordable price. I had excellent customer service and will definitely recommend.
Fantastic customer service encountered a problem with our order kept us up to date and sorted it wonderful service from start to finish highly recommend
