The worst experience ever
Struggled endlessly trying to make the payment work for the website between connecting to revolut and then trying Apple Pay, there were errors constantly, and at the end, the account had 9 cancelled orders from payment issues. Ultimately, despite selecting the correct sizes, and showing them in the cart before payment, when we finally could pay, one of the items was confirmed in the wrong size. Despite it being 22:00, the store responded immediately to my email but told me I had to wait to return it for an exchange. Considering the late hour and outside of business hours, it’s easy to cancel the order so we could get it right, or just manually fix the sizes when packaging and update it in the system, but this seemed to be impossible. Then they didn’t respond again, and now it’s midnight and they’ve already registered the order with the post. Worst customer service ever. Don’t you want happy customers? Especially when it’s your website that glitched?! I was so excited to finally order from this company; but this will be the first and last time.
