First experience with BabySwag, and I never received my package. Customer service offered to file a claim with USPS for me instead of just sending me another onesie. $40 is not much to lose to offer great customer service and ensure a repeat customer, but I guess they don't care to go out of their way for the customer. So now I am out $40, no gift for a baby shower, and waiting to hear if I will be refunded or not.

The site is pretty good, I get a little frustrated that out of stock items are not taken off the website fast enough and I have to go in to each item to check if they have it.
