Careless and impenitent service!

STAY AWAY - Careless and impenitent service!

On 12.04.2020 I ordered a Bugaboo Donkey 2 stroller that was on a discount at Baby-Walz. The first delivery unfortunately was a wrong item delivery. At this point it was understandable, as such things may happen. After 1 week of receiving no answer, I received an automatic email – which needless to say made me frustrated.

After phone calls and emails from my side a new stroller was delivered on 05.05.2020. The item was the correct model; however, it was obvious that the stroller was not in its original package and with clear usage signs. Would someone buy a used item for ~900EUR?

Since the 05.05.2020 I’ve made a dozen of calls and sent a dozen of emails, until the 22.05.2020 when I received an email that I should simply send back the stroller and they cannot send me another stroller anymore. Important to mention, that the second delivery came without a return document (something that is usually done by default).

I do not want to make conspiracies but just checking the facts - (i) sending a wrong item and then (ii) sending the correct item, but not in an original package with clear usage signs AND without a return label – looks like they ware aware of this not original packed item and they still wanted to sell it for this discounted price. Which is fine, but they should have mentioned that beforehand.

Finally, the reason I call them careless and impenitent is because, in none of their emails (maybe only the automatic one) they mentioned a word of excusing themselves or showing any understanding of the situation.

SHAME ON YOU!
