I am beyond frustrated with the service from this company. I ordered a car seat on February 7th and, nearly three weeks later, I still do not have the product I paid 547.39 EUR for. I was assured the correct replacement would be sent within 2–3 working days. That never happened.
The experience has been a comedy of errors:
1. Initial Mistake: They first sent the entirely wrong article. I returned it immediately.
2. Fake Shipping: On Feb 13th, I was told it was "on its way," but Hermes tracking has been stuck on "electronically announced" for 12 days. It has clearly never left their warehouse.
3. False "Delivered" Status: To make matters worse, my online account now claims the order was "Successfully Delivered"—a blatant lie that contradicts the courier's own tracking.
Nearly 20 days for a car seat is ridiculous. If you are a parent and need a seat by a certain date, do not trust this shop. Their internal systems are a mess and their communication is misleading.

I ordered from this site in January. I paid via klarna ~ 1100 € which had been deducted from my bank account. One part of it arrived in about a week, one part 2 weeks after. That was the good part.
I also ordered some furniture and a babyphone. It has been written in the order, that the delivery time for the furniture is 7 weeks. So I waited that time. After 7 weeks, as I did not receive any tracking link whatsoever, I contacted the company asking what's up. After that they sent 2 emails: one saying that the babyphone is out of stock and an other that the furniture has a 2 weeks delivery time. Which translates to logistics language: we absolutely forgot about the 3. part of this order. The furniture is now on stock we can send it within 2 weeks. Which is fine for me...there is fortunately still time before the baby arrives. Please deliver as possible. For the babyphone I asked that the value (~30 €) to be transferred back to my account.
For my last ask I received an answer that they did not even receive the money. I sent a document from my account as proof that yes, it has been sent. "I should contact Klarna." Which I did, and they said that Babywalz has to correct the invoice. I forwarded this info to Babywalz. (At this point I felt like I am doing my daily job where I had to clarify very very similar things, only this time I don’t get salary for it) They sent back, without a comment, the invoices where there were really no sign of the babyphone. I contacted Klarna again. They assured me that they will clarify this with Babywalz. No worries.
IN THE MEANTIME the furniture arrived. Three parts of it was wrong altogether ( about 10 cm longer than in the assembly instructions, two of them has the boreholes absolutely in the wrong place, and one part that would have made the whole furniture stable was missing, which would be crucial for a changing table.) I just let go the fact that it is not a quality I was hoping for according to the pictures on the webshop but whatever. It's fine. I can live with that... Also I know that it is not the fault of the webshop but it is still part of the experience I had with them.
So I asked for spare parts. They told me they are going to contact the manufacturer right away. 2 days later I received an email, saying that the spare parts for the STROLLER will be sent within 2 weeks. I immediately responded that please DO NOT SEND anything for a stroller as I have not ordered it from you. Okayokay...2 weeks and I will receive the spare parts for the furniture. And I did, they still don’t fit perfectly but at least we were able to assemble the whole thing at last.
In the meantime I received my ~30 € for the babyphone. Good job, well done guys.
BUT I also received ~130 € from them for God knows what. I suppose it was a small part of the whole order for articles that have already been sent. As i received the info earlier that I have no to-do with the invoicing part, I thought maybe that's temporary, they are still in touch and will transfer the money back to them.
Well that did not happen. Instead! I received after all of that, 2 emails from Babywalz: one, saying that oh we noticed that this amount (~130€) has been been sent back to you. This could have happened for the following 3 reasons...please send back this ~130 € + notice fee of 3,50 € and a second email with the subject title "1. reminder"
I really don't care about the reasons why it happened. You guys messed up and want ME to pay the extra notice fee?? what the heck...But. As it was such a long calvary I paid the whole amount with the notice fee too which I really shouldn't have to.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Babywalz webshop, please do better.

I ordered baby pijamas size 68 and got 74. Even the bag says 68 BUT the tag says 74. I will still keep them as my baby will need them, but check your sizing.

product and shopping was great, delivery was not good.
The shopping experience was smooth and easy and i could find in few clicks exactly what i was looking for, the only problem came with the delivery as they never ring the bell and decided to leave the package in the next post filial, this will normally be ok, but when you have to carry a 5kg chair for 6 blocks is not the nicest thing.
The website said the stroller would arrive in 2-3 working days. This is not true. Only one piece of the stroller arrived finally today (and we had to pick it up at a pickup station, it was not delivered at home but left by the courier at some pickup place) and there is no info about the rest of the stroller. We sent the piece back and asked for refound.
