Excellent customer service, Kelly responded to my queries quickly and was really helpful. The cosy is lovely and such good quality, it works really well on my sling keeping baby warm and dry. Plenty of room for baby to grow. One of the popper fastenings was faulty and kept coming undone, I contacted Kelly and she responded so quickly offering for me to return for repair. This process was straightforward and Kelly had it back with me by the end of the week. She handled the problem professionally and without any hassle. Highly recommend for both the quality of the product and the high standard of customer service!

Perfect size, finally a bum bag that is big enough!

I've had my babywearing cozy for 18 months used every day and it still looks new! Brilliant for dog walks and days out. It keeps baby /toddler warm dry and cozy! I came back to look for the toddler version as my long legged toddler keeps popping the cover off when he stretches 🤣.

I ordered a dribble pad set once I realised my baby loved to chew and suck the straps on the carrier. There was a great selection of prints to choose from and once ordered, items arrived promptly and are so well made! Would recommend 😁

Absolutely love my cosy, it's so quick and easy to put on and kept baby lovely and warm on our trip away where it was really windy and cold. The fabric is absolutely gorgeous and has a nice big hood to cover baby from the elements, or for breastfeeding while walking around as my little one likes to pop off a lot at the moment. Customer service is absolutely fab, I had signed up for updates on a fabric that was out of stock and received an email later on to say they had one in stock if I would like it. It arrived really quickly too. I have already received lovely comments on how beautiful the cosy is and people asking where it's from. I'd definitely recommend Babywearing Cosy and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again 😊.

Absolutely an amazing essential for baby carriers! I ordered mine the other day and when it arrived I fell in love with it. My little baby boy was nice and warm on a chilly November afternoon out. I’ll be ordering another one and fully recommending this to my friends with babies too!

I have a baby wearing cosy and it is so lovely! Amazing quality, lovely design and keeps baby nice and snug! I also ordered some covers (suck pads) for the straps for baby to chew on - these are equally amazing and my baby loves munching on them!

I have had my baby wearing cosy for 6 months now and use it almost daily. I ordered a fabric that was made to order and received it within a few days. Excellent customer service and excellent product! I then ordered the Muslin baby cover where I received the same experience. The muslin cover has been perfect for the summer.
