horrible horrible, very cunning people, total scam
I am 8 months pregnant and i bought a stroller yesterday, when I went home i had a breakdown not wanting the stroller anymore, i just can’t seem to slightly like it,
I had a hell of night, my sister came and called them, they told her they can do something if the box is unopened, the box is not opened, but still they refused with other excuses, like I tried it outside and so on, I really didn’t want to try it outside, i felt guided to the sleeworld buggy, not having a choice. Actually you don’t have a choice, because everyone who buy from there id that brand, they dont let you choose what you wanted and end up with something that you really dislike, very cunning.
They make it look like its only one day sale, i feel scammed.
I regret it, its just a day after, but can’t return,
Like you’re buying it in the black market.
I am in deep depression about it and their only solution is put it in the marketplace.

The story you write is totally false and full of libel and slander. You didn't bought the stroller yesterday ( but on 2 aug 2022) We never force customers to buy, so it's totally unbelievable that you claim you don't have any choice. You were in our showroom for 1.5 hours and with 3 other family members. If you didn't want to buy it you just could say no and leave. You bought it in free will and my co- worker can confirm it. We sell by the Dutch law, that means a Fysical store is not mandatory to take back a sold product. We have our conditions of sale, print on your invoice: No returns and no money back. You got € 700,- discount on your product but that you don'mention because you act like your a victum but you should know the law and take your own responcibility. Your sister called us after 4 days and told us that you toke the baby stroller out of the box. Then we and no other store can take the stroller back. We have only all many many good reviews but we cannot accept you accuses of scam and forec for to buy and threat of writing a reveiw. We are going to file a report for slander and libel with the police!
