Deposited £20 for a 200 free spins offer Big Bamboo, which I got £24.61 from those 200 spins.

I then proceeded to play Christmas Carol Megaways, went through the £24.61 bonus money and into my real money of £20, eventually after a 3rd bonus game I had £54.29 on my balance. So went to withdraw £50 was happy £30 profit is profit. Only to be told I didn't have enough.

For some reason despite using my Bonus amount they had taken what was left of my real money total and the bonus win and said it was all a Bonus Balance. Therefore I couldn't withdraw it. Absolutely ridiculous how can I have a balance bonus with 0 real money in the account? If I withdrew my real money then there would be no bonus balance left it is wiped out. But yet I have 0 real money and £54.29 bonus balance.

I have sent a request for them to fix it via chat and email, hopefully they will get back to me, but this should not be happening. I have a strong feeling I may end up going to IBAS regarding this matter, and thankfully due to an incident with another provider years ago I have learned to register/screenshot everything from bonus wins, deposits etc. So I have them as proof.

Hopefully they will fix the issue quickly, then I can readjust the review accordingly.

EDIT: Spoke to Milana on chat, by then I had started using my Bonus Balance as I was fed up waiting, long story short they gaslit me as expected, pushing that I used my real money first then bonus balance and my wins would go onto my bonus balance because it was bonus money used, when asked 3 times how to spend the bonus balance first over real money, she kept hitting me with the same tired copy and paste regarding the FAQs and couldn't tell me, because the site doesn't allow you to do this. And also at no time does it inform you the bonus balance will be used AFTER your real money is used. Which is underhanded and to be honest anti-consumer - they know they can keep you in a loop of bonus money you will never get your hands on while pocketing your original monies.

Also forgot to add Milana when she couldn't answer the question, purposely closed the chat to avoid answering the fact you can't.

Disgusting behaviour - now a 1 star review down from 2 stars. I implore people not to use Bacana, a number of fellow slot players in the discord I frequent are not happy about this either. (also bear in mind Bacana also has sister sites Slots Magic and Turbonino)

A few weeks ago I had a message pop up on my account asking me to verify my account by a identity card, driving licence or passport. I sent a email explaining that I don't have a identity card or passport and that my driving licence has expired but I could send a picture of my birth certificate and bank statement to verify my account and I am still waiting for a response also tried to call but all I got was that the line was busy

Well I am from the UK and I have tried to withdraw £2000 from my account, at which point they need funding evidence. However according to the UKGC they cannot ask for verification at the point of asking to withdraw, when you could have asked at an earlier time, like when I initially deposited a few hours later. The live chat takes days to get back in touch so I have no choice but to reveal what this company are upto.
Update 1:
Since I can't respond to bacanplay. It comes up that the funding evidence is optional & I don't have to supply those but I can for higher deposit limits (which I don't care for, £200 is my limit) but live chat keep saying upload my bank card & utility bill but there's no option for that because of the optional funding check, which I can't bypass. So live chat are useless & not even reading what I am writing & now I'm trying to withdraw over £4,000. The message says optional funding evidence. So is it optional or not? You have also broken UKGC rules by requesting evidence (optional evidence as quoted by your own message that pops up) at the point of withdrawal which livechat doesn't understand either. You could have requested this at an earlier time which is also in the UKGC rules. Shame on you.
Update 2: someone on livechat 3 days later who can use critical thinking finally realised that the documents for funding were optional & escalated the matter & all of a sudden I am now able to withdraw. I put in a request for a £4,500 withdrawal & it's pending I will keep everyone updated on this matter.
Update 3: I just received my £4,500 the next day. I'm going to upgrade to 2 stars, but their customer service is pathetic & I don't care if your system works like a messenger. Your system is not fit for practice.

Live chat don't bother wait days for an answer and that is not certain. Send an email or 12 your more likely to tom win powerball than get a reply of these lot or any other skill on net casino.
