Bachmeier Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 12

Just finished some home remodeling part of which was Bachmeier's installing 1,488 of new flooring, both vinyl plank and carpet. Worked with Nicole Ahrendt on the project and could not have asked for another better. Nicole was helpful, responsive and just plain fun to work with. When there was an issue with some defective carpet after install, Nicole was persistent in dealing with the manufacturer to get new carpet sent out. Would highly recommend Bachmeier's for any and all flooring needs.

We wanted new carpet for our office front entry and conference room. Scott suggested carpet tiles and brought some samples to our office. We picked four we liked, and he ordered and brought us larger samples. We picked the two we liked the best and scheduled the install. When the transition from the front door to the new carpet did not come out a well as we wanted, he sent an installer back to install an additional transition strip (at not additional charge) and now we have a great new carpet installation. Easy to deal with and great service. Who could ask for anything more.

Recently I had my lower level condo flooring replaced by Bachmeier's, after having used them several years ago for other flooring updates. Dennis was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the appropriate material and design options. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional, as were Stacey and Jake, who installed the flooring. I highly recommend Bachmeier's and Dennis for your flooring needs.

I am writing to express a job well done! Our dog, as a puppy, had torn
our carpet off of the top step. The carpet was in the condo when we bought it. I don't remember the gentleman's name, however, he was very pleasant, replaced the carpet with a piece out of a closet. It looked as if it had always been there.
Thank you Bachmeier's, I would certainly use you when we decide to get new carpet.

that they custom cut and bound for us to use as our dining room area rug. It's a beautiful store with competent, caring sales people and staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've worked with Scott many times for carpet and flooring. He understands what I'm looking for and provides me with the best options and prices. He works with my schedule on installation and makes sure I'm happy with my choice. I won't work with anyone other than Bachmeier's!

In April of 2016 I closed on a house in desperate need of a remodel. The house had not been updated since it was built in the early 1970's. With Scott and the entire team at Bachmeier Carpet One we were able to redo every inch of flooring in the home. Scott and his team were with us every step of the way, from the thickness of the carpet, to the fabric, LVP and install. The flooring was truly the piece that made this house a home, it was the transformative piece of our remodel. Visitors constantly admire the flooring (light barn wood planks and a speckled nylon carpet) and we are always more than happy to refer them to Bachmeier!

I should also mention, because of the size of this project we met with several local flooring experts. Scott was by far the easiest to work with and helped us to stay on track and within our budget. Some nights his team was at our home installing until after 8PM making sure our timeline was met!

Bachmeier has quickly become a trusted household name in my family installing not only my flooring, but my mother, grandmother and uncle's flooring as well!

Scott (Brad and Kathy too) have always answered all of my questions and made great suggestions for my needs and design desires.
They always send home samples and work with me to make sure I get exactly what I want.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring/design. The customer service they offer is unbeatable along with quality products.

Dennis did a fantastic job helping us select the flooring for our home, his expert knowledge helped us make the right choice for our projects. Customer service overall was wonderful. At one point we had all of our flooring spread out on the floor along with 20-30 color swatches. I forgot the ladies name that helped us with colors but she was wonderful and very helpful. To top everything off The installers were excellent and made sure we were satisfied before they left and did a fantastic job. We had our bathroom flooring laid in a difficult pattern and they did a flawless job with it. Definitely would recommend Bachmeier!
