As some people have said online, the lumberjack support might be a bit aggressive for some and armrests could've been/felt more robust given the price. The front/back tilt took me some figuring out to master (maybe I'm just dumb). The castors are smooth though. Overall I'd still say it's a great entry-level HM chair though some aspects could've been better. I enjoy sitting on it nonetheless. :)

Excellent chair apart from the adjustable arm rests which may be adjustable but don't stay in place.

10 days in and I can seriously notice the difference from the old office chair I was using for years previously. Visually it's a stunning piece of design, which is why I was originally drawn to the model. Soft castors added to the wheels as an optional extra that haven't damaged my wooden floor. Also added the extra lumbar support which can be adjusted and does make a big difference. So many impressive features that actually make it a joy to sit in all day.

This chair feels comfortable and supportive from the moment you sit in it. I have been using it all day and the previous back and neck ache have disappeared already. It feels like it will be comfortable and last a very long time. It also looks much better than I thought it would do.

Good quality chair but for the price I was expecting more quality on the arms rests but maybe its my fault as I should have tested the chair in store first rather then ordering one right away. All in all its a good purchase if you need a good posture chair compared to cheaper alternatives.
