Order process was quick and easy...shame about the damage
Order process was quick and easy and I received a call to arrange a suitable delivery day to fit in with work commitments. Unfortunately, bathroom cabinet was damaged when delivered so has to be returned. Packaging very poor for an assembled item. No corner or edge protection. The cabinet is just inside a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. This isn't the fault of back2bath, more Showerdrape who manufacture the cabinet.

Great service. Fantastic installation - polite, informative and tidy. Good value for money. Has made bathing much safer for my 90-year-old Dad. No need to rip out the bath and replace. Highly recommend.
