Scam company sending scam emails and…

Scam company sending scam emails and pretending to run companies that are clearly AI made sites, with AI posted reviews, all to get your personal data (wether by email scam, website scam or phone scam).

Shame these dolts don't realise how obvious AI works are to anyone with half a brain.

I have been with back at you close to a decade and there are many reasons for that.

In this case, Derrick was amazing helping with a client issue as he always is and as is all the staff there.

I highly recommend them! Keep up the great work.

I'm very impressed with the exemplary service when I had an issue

I'm very impressed with the professionalism, quick action and exemplary customer service! I will absolutely use them for future mailings.

I had ordered 3 separate mailings to be sent out on the same day. It was the first time using their services. Unfortunately, the 3rd party vendor they use had technology issues on the same day and my mailings were all messed up and went out wrong.

Michael at Back at You jumped right on it, after apologizing for the issue and once he investigated the situation, I was issued a full credit and the mailing was sent out correctly.

A True Example of Outstanding Client Service

I had an outstanding experience working with Derrick Winston at Back At You. Derrick took nearly 50 minutes on the phone with me to ensure all of my information was properly reconnected and accurate—even after I had already launched and paid for an ad without realizing my details were incorrect.

From the moment I called, a real person answered right away—no automated system, no runaround—and I was quickly connected to Derrick. He went above and beyond, not only fixing my ad setup, but also helping correct my profile details and even reviewing aspects of my social media integration.

His level of service truly reflects what every client hopes for when contacting customer support: knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. Derrick’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially frustrating situation seamless.

Excellent Customer Service That Truly Follows Through

Like any platform, it can occasionally be hit or miss. However, in my experience, their customer service has been excellent. Whenever I’ve reached out, they’ve been responsive, followed up when necessary, and stayed in communication until my issue was fully resolved. Very pleased.

Prompt and efficient!

The prompt, and efficient responses are amazing. I love being able to reach out anytime something new creates a question, or I am unsure of how to proceed. They have been very communicative, and appreciative, never making me feel like a burden. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Client Success Manager Derrick Winston ROCKS!

Client Success Manager Derrick does a wonderful, patient, effective job of problem solving, which is unfortunately regularly needed to properly wrangle a sometimes-not-so-user-friendly B.A.Y. interface (thus my one-star deduction). Not only does he successfully address the issues raised, but his calm demeanor talks me down from the roof-top. He's a human, not AI or a machine, and he provides great value for which I am truly grateful.
