Outstanding Service From James

They should let people who are seeking loans know before that their loans are revenue based and not wait until they have full access to you personal banking information. Give us the scenario... Your deposit must be 500k to 1mil for you to borrow over 100k.

Derrick/Derek (I may be spelling that wrong) just assisted me for almost 30 minutes on the phone. I decided not to go through with the application because I just simply don’t have the qualifications or credentials but he helped me form a plan going forward. He gave me the information I needed to get me to my goal. He was friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly, PATIENT.
