I have ordered from this company multiple times with out a hitch. The last order I made there were a few hiccups first issue was my parcel 'got lost'.. 1 quick email to customer service my issue was resolved. They kept me up to date and the parcel was found and delivered promptly. Once my parcel was opened I add a missing item. So once again I emailed to highlight the error. Once again my issue has been resolved quickly and effectively... From time to time everyone makes mistakes and even though I did have a few issues with the delivery.. the customer service was amazing so I willing to continue using this company as the products are amazing value for money and the customer experience is amazing

Great company vapes came quickly sent me a free disposable to try loved it to be honest

Ordered 27th March said 1-2 days still not arrived as of the 3rd April so I can't comment

My order was cancelled randomly after 5 days waiting

After a challenging start with issues of delivery I received prompt email responses and my items delivered. An additional item was added in compensation for the troubles which was gratefully received. Many thanks.

Ordered some elfbar pods, sent with yodel, didn't arrive. Tbf backdeals seemed really responsive and offered refund or redelivery, no communication since. Let's see if they arrive

I had some problems with Royal Mail and backdeals was super helpful throughout the whole ordeal. They answered quickly and resolved the whole issue for me.

I tired to buy a phone of this company but they just refunded it straight away. I have a feeling they put up these deals but don't have any stock, and if they don't think they can find one at the price they quoted they just refund you.

To be fair to them the refund was really quick.
