Thank you Luke....installed safety railings in my steep back garden.. I had previously fallen three times in that area of the garden. Not an aesthetic addition to the garden but I can now navigate my "getting old self" without the risk of a fractured femur!
Friendly, tidy workmanship. and dog lovers too!

Have used Luke previously when he installed wooden decking in our patio area and had him back to modify and install new pergola (that has grapevines). Work carried out to a very high standard, very friendly tidy and easy to get on with. Would highly recommend him at any time

Luke and Dan Worked very hard in horrendous weather to install a new timber frame and replace my decking.

Luke dismantled the timber that was rotting underneath my composite decking and replaced with new treated timber and then replaced my existing decking. All this was carried out in the most horrendous weather. Luke is a real professional and has the upmost attention to detail and was so pleased with the final result. Could not recommend him enough and Dan who assisted him throughout. Will be using Luke for any future decking or fencing issues he really cares about what he does and how it looks. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Luke.

Luke provides what everybody wants and so seldom gets these days; excellent quality and service.
He and Dan arrived at the arranged time and got straight into their work. In next to no time they had the old fence and posts out and cleared away. I’m sure he would have had the replacements up equally quickly had not the old chestnut of neighbour’s boundary claims not cropped up. Luke remained calm and patient while an agreement was reached.
Luke provided closeboard panels which he cut and built to size on site from tantalised timber. The finished product was excellent. The job was so good that it put the rest of the panels to shame and we’ve asked Luke to return and change the remainder.
When he’d completed the fencing he and Dan cleaned the area thoroughly and removed all the rubbish (a lot of which was not of his making).
Back Garden & Beyond went over and above what I expected; not only providing a great product but keeping the site clean and tidy (much moreso than before they arrived) and remaining cheerful and approachable throughout. I really can’t speak highly enough of them - they are “Simply the Best”.

Great experience overall. Ordered fencing (with installation) online - the website is clear and free of glitches. Received confirmation and a follow up call a few days later.
Received another call nearer the install date offering an earlier date which worked well for me.
The quality of the fencing and the installation were both excellent, and everything was left neat and tidy.
I had also slightly over-estimated the length of fencing required, and received a refund for the unused section of fence.
I would use again, and also recommend to others.

Luke arrived on the scheduled day and over 2 days has done a tidy job of replacing our fence. He finished on time and cleared up carefully, leaving no mess. I would happily recommend him and have booked him to do some more work when he can schedule it in.

As Senior Citizens it was important to us that we had a company we could trust.Throughout the process of obtaining a quote to completion Luke & Paul were reliable, honest and worked with integrity.
The result was a high quality finish at an extremely reasonable price. Attention to detail was amazing and the site was left immaculately clean.
They took time to answer any questions we had explaining options from repair to replacement.

We had our decking replaced and Luke done an exceptional job. He was polite and respectful our needs at all times, with very professional attitude in all aspects of the work being carried out.
We have a very small garden that is challenging due to space but Luke surpassed our expectations with the final result.

Luke arrived exactly when he said he would and got started on the fence installation immediately. He is super diligent and careful, bags and collects all waste as he goes and is technically very professional and knowledgeable.

The wooden pillars beside my front door had rotted away at the bottom and the remaining parts were very tatty. Luke knew exactly what to do. He cut away the rotten areas, replacing them with hardened timber and created new trims which perfectly matched the existing ones. He then repaired and repainted the whole surround so that it all looked brand new. He took enormous pains and nothing was too much trouble. He cleared up beautifully at the end of each day and was polite and friendly and a joy to have around. The whole job was extremely good value and I cannot recommend him too highly.

I had my fence replaced with screening. Great attention to detail. Nice to see a contractor who takes pride in his work.

Recently Luke repaired our garden brick wall, removed a raised bed, laid our composite decking and build a summer house in our garden. He came round and discussed in detail the work required, promptly quoted and booked us in. When he arrived he explained his process to us, what they were doing, how long it took etc. They worked incredibly hard to get this job done and the work looks amazing, we are so happy with it. He was very communicative and all throughout kept me updated on progress and recommended options when coming across problems. He even helped with a redesign of our decking layout half way through and gave us the great idea for the shape that mirrored the design of our summer house, also giving us a nice walkway. He did this no question and talked us through all implications. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the work but also the professionalism demonstrated by Luke and his colleague. I will always use them for any garden work I need doing.

Luke and his team are creative and professional. They are timely, tidy and provide amazing designs.
