EDIT 4/1/26 as of today no refund has been processed and my attempts to contact this company have been ignored. So unless you want to be let down and suffer the worst customer service, I’d avoid like the plague.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Back Garden Bubbles. I booked and paid in October for a hot tub specifically for Christmas Day, as I have done in previous years. Only two days before Christmas, after I had to chase for information, I was told they would not be delivering at all over Christmas due to family commitments and that all Christmas installs had been completed today.

This was never communicated at the time of booking, and I was still allowed to book and pay for Christmas delivery. There was no apology, just an explanation that suited them. Being told at the last minute that something booked months in advance simply isn’t happening is unacceptable.

The only options offered were delivery after Christmas or a refund — neither of which makes up for the stress and disappointment caused so close to Christmas. Poor communication, poor planning, and a complete lack of customer care. I expected far better.

We ordered a hot tub back in August for Christmas. Delivery was 22nd December — but with just 15 minutes left in our slot, they cancelled because the driver was cold and tired!!… after we had been waiting four hours! They offered to deliver the next day, but we had plans, which was so disappointing. The kids were heartbroken.
We still haven’t received a refund. First we were told 10 days, now they’re saying 30 more days — 40 days in total! I asked multiple times for an email confirmation of our order — she claimed it would have gone to my spam, but it never did. In October she asked for a further £100 for delivery which I paid straight away, still no receipt!
To make matters worse, they’ve blocked us on WhatsApp, won’t answer calls, and ignores messages.
What kind of company takes your money, cancels at the last minute, and treats customers like this? NASTY!!

Amazing friendly and professional service. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. Really easy to manage and maintain ( we ended up keeping it for longer than planned!) , flexible with payment options., delivery days etc. very speedy set up and take down but with good information for usage plus spare filter and chlorine tablets. We also hired a pretty dome with fairy lights , perfect for my daughter and herr friends to celebrate her 10th birthday. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

My Blue light card was not honoured for a 10% discount it was on there advertising page in June when I booked the hot tub, was told that offer is not on now.Was told the price would be adjusted at payment stage and it was not.Took a whole day to heat up tub so first day not used.The day it was delivered that night we had a thunderstorm I messaged company got no response as to whether to turn machine off or not.Communication was terrible I’d wouldn’t recommend you to any of my friends.Sent another message to say it’s needs to be picked up by midday today 25/7 as I needed to collect my car from garage turned up at 2 again no message replyed😞

We hired a hot tub from Back Garden Bubbles for my daughter’s 13th birthday party, and it was a total hit! The team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from the start. They answered all my questions quickly and were really flexible—even dropped the hot tub off a day early, which gave us extra time to set up.

The hot tub was spotless, easy to use, and made the party feel extra special. The kids had an amazing time, relaxing with mocktails, temporary tattoos, and all the bubbly fun.

I love supporting local businesses that offer great service and good value—and Back Garden Bubbles definitely delivered. I’ve already recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Disappointing after the previous 2 years where there was lots of room and more things to do.
This year's venue was small did not have much for over fives. The present was the same as last year. Probably look for a different venue next year.

Bit tight for space, no room for buggy . Coffee ok but not exceptional. Granddaughter really enjoyed the soft play but overall too small

The company were easy to contact and helpful throughout the hire. Delivery was very good and on time. Hot tub is easy use and hire is a reasonable price. We would recommend using them as we will again!!

Contacted Back Garden Bubbles at very short noticed for a hot tub and Natalie came back swiftly to confirm they could help. Easy to book, clear delivery instructions, set up was swift and instructions clear plus all the need to know stuff is on your booking email. Hot tub was great and easy to use. Price was great too!!! Great experience hiring a hot tub from Back Garden Bubbles. Set up was smooth and they did everything for us. We were left with clear instructions and chemicals to last for our hire time. They collected the hot tub and took everything away. Communication was great and swift responses to any queries. We would highly recommend. Thank you

Great set up, we didn’t have to do a thing, hot tub arrived on time, was filled & set up & left with filters & chemicals for the week. Totally stress free!

‘Cinema dome hire’ - we’ve had the BEST weekend - fantastic service from Simon and Natalie at back garden bubbles - hired for a long weekend for a teenage birthday party - the dome was aesthetically dressed which my daughter loved, great attention to detail, we were then able to utilise the dome as a family for the rest of the weekend - FANTASTIC - would definitely recommend.

Kids had a lovely time. Saw Father Christmas. Decorated a biscuit. Listened to a story and played on the bouncy castle.

Took my 8 children today to visit Santa! Wow!!! Every little detail was thought of for the children to remember such a magical experience. From the moment you park up seeing all the Christmas inflatables, making ginger bread men, keeping children entertained while waiting for Santa with the bouncy castle and soft play. Santa was a massive hit with all the children, even the older ones absolutely loved him! Topped it off with hot chocolates after for such an amazing price! Personally this is the best I’ve ever been to I don’t think nothing can top what you have done!! Merry Christmas guys

Package said photo with Santa but didn’t explain that you then had to buy the photos and cheapest was £15 and of poor quality. The toy provided as well was poor and actually scary looking so my child is frightened of it

Highly recommended Back Garden Bubbles. The communication before I had even made a booking was excellent, something not often found in recent times. No question was left unanswered giving me absolute confidence in making the booking.
The products are great, set up and take down was done efficiently.
They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, I can’t rave about this company enough and will be booking again for sure.

Brilliant service, great hot tub, would recommend this company to anyone, will definitely use them in the future thanks again for the hot tub it was well used and enjoyed

Hot tub and cinema dome 5 Aug 2023 , Once again I am happy to write this review of the excellent company that is Backgardenbubbles.Many many thanks to all for the wonderful,efficient and professional service. Everyone had a great time and the cinema dome was amazing. The hot tub was as usual excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and look forward to making future bookings. This was one of the best experiences ,truly professional from start to finish lovely team ,brilliant access to help if needed ,I'd encourage Any one to do this fabulous dome and hot tub ,thank you backgardenbubbles made my birthday one of the best birthdays and will do it again xx
