Clearly fraudulent activity with this business…

This business tried hitting my cash app for the most ridiculous random amounts of money. The list of wild charges here:
$68.22
$52
$32.60
$39.90
$28
$24
$36.20
$32
$18
$32.60
$21.40
$16
$27
$14
$20
$15
$20
These were charges that attempted to hit my card every day for approximately 7 days before I was able to block them. Luckily none of these charges had gone through due to having said card locked or receiving a new card. Just take a look at those charges. I listed them all in the exact order they came in. If this sort of activity doesn’t scream fraudulent, I don’t know what does…. Shame on these people. Shame…..🤦‍♂️

I would strongly advise against using…

I would strongly advise against using this service. I signed up for a $1.00 trial in May and tried to cancel via email before any charges were applied. I later discovered that cancellation requests can only be made by phone. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue through numerous phone calls and attempts to log in (which failed), I have continued to be charged $68.22 each month.

The company claims that my cancellation requests were not received, which suggests a need for improved record-keeping on your part when you do call to cancel. I am still hoping that my latest attempt to cancel will be successful. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if there had been an offer to refund at least the most recent month's charges as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Bogus website

Background claim is a fraudulent company that is misleading and a scammer. They provided very little information or resources. Attempted to charge my card numerous times before the so called trial expiration date and now making it difficult to contact their company to prevent later attempts to get my money. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Company desperate for money

I thought for sure that I canceled a trial account with them. I guess I should have saved the cancellation. I got charged. I called and was told they don't have record of me cancelling and they can only refund me half of the membership cost. Are they so desperate for money that they can't refund a charge for a membership that I won't be using.
The agent was so rude to me. Apparently, they have a script they have to follow for their own protection and so she kept on asking me the same questions, even though I continued to tell her I wanted it to be canceled. So I was FORCED to listen to her script until she was finished. I am upset enough about having to pay this let alone having to listen to her go through her script. And because I got upset, I was not swearing but was raising my voice, she threatened to hang up. I will not be using your service again.

Subpar service followed by fraud

This site and website is so bad of a scam, I would think it would be criminal.
I ordered a report and agreed to a trial originally. I read all the small print and when I received the report, it was nothing more than you get on the "preview". (Just for full disclosure, my boyfriend was merely looking for an old friend and, to me, that just adds to the predatory nature of this site.)
So I immediately followed the directions to unsubscribe and since my account disappeared after using that link, I felt I had unsubscribed at instructed. I even filled out the "Why are you leaving?"questionnaire so it seemed to me the whole thing was over.
Fast forward to about a month later, they begin to try to withdraw odd amounts 2 to 3 times a week. The amounts varied from 12.99 to 56.99. I could not reach anyone through any means so I had to cancel the card. I am in the midst of dealing with all the rigmarole of that now.
All in all, they finally got me on one charge of 12.99 and also cost me a lot of frustration and time.
Please, be careful and do not fall for them.
