Really professional service and good product
It's a very slick web platform, everything works very well, you're kept well-informed through the process and the actual phone we received was in very good condition.
Taking off a star because their promotions are a bit cheeky - they say something like "£30 off" but then when you try to buy something with that voucher, it turns out that there are only a small number of vouchers available and they've all been used up... you don't know this until you spot the price hasn't been reduced in your basket. It feels disingenuous as best. I don't think this takes away enough from the whole service to say it's terrible... but just be careful

I personally wouldn’t reccomend. I didn’t actually know when you buy a product it’s all sold from different sellers not an actual company. I paid for express delivery and after 3 days it still hasn’t been shipped. No communication at all and poor customer service.

SCAM
Absolutely rubbish. What a scam company do not buy. Back market promised me it would arrive on Thursday and it ended up arriving on Monday. I think that is shocking seeing as you pay for delivery and they just dely it for no reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM
