Sent me a broken item with pieces falling off it and apart. 0 help to try and resolve the issue telling me to send them proof despite me sending them photos and videos on each email.
Wish I checked here before ordering but id advice everyone to avoid at all costs.
Scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a survival kit and someone their was an error in my address. I corresponded with the company and they provided me the postal company to correspond with. The postal company is either a scam company or has a broken glitchy website as they are impossible to contact. 2 months later, multiple emails between both companies and no sign of my order....... terrible customer serivce.

Scam company

Terrible company. Terrible quality products. Sizing is tiny too. Tried to send something back. Paid the tracking back to their requested returns addresss in PARIS! A month later my parcel has been returned in the post to my home addresss with a label; 'addressee unknown at this address' So I've wasted another £14 on tracked postage. Complete scam company !

Awful products!

Awful products!! Wish I’d checked the reviews before buying a sleeping bag that is soo poorly made with the most awful fabric that literally tears at every opportunity, and a pair of trousers that couldn’t be thinner or made of again, the most and most useless fabric. Oh snd it takes ages to receive their awful products!!

Waste of money items haven’t arrived…

Dreadful company items haven’t arrived 3 months post ordering and numerous emails. They even created a SCAM yodel order number and said it was with Yodel.
Please do NOT use them!!!!!you will loose your money

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I tried to cancel an order within the 24 hours stated on their website. Reached out to them on email and via WhatsApp using the phone number on their website. No response on email, but got a reply via Whatsapp and was advise I had to pay an upfront service fee of £50 to get my money back, they continued to demand money when I wouldn't reply. At the same time, I received an unsolicited, inappropriate WhatsApp text from a French mobile number. I am absolutely furious - this is an abuse of my personal data. I am now pursuing a claim through Paypal. In the meantime, I am receiving messages stating my 'items' have been shipped, despite my request to cancel. Avoid this company at all costs

A BUNCH OF SCOUNDRELS

Order two pairs of shorts for my Husband, they don't fit, the shorts are OK, however the cut didn't work for my Husband. I was offered the next size, I explained they would be too big, requested return details and refund, I was then offered 50% off to keep the shorts. I explained that the shorts didn't fit AGAIN... and now radio silence. I am very disappointed with this company, more fool me for trusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.... THEY ARE SCOUNDRELS

Faulty bottle, no service, stole my money

Faulty bottle which was not a thermos as described when purchased . Customer service responded once. Then never responded again. They stole £20 basically! Do not shop here. Low quality products and service.

Caution!!!!

Caution! The order was shipped from China and arrived 14 days after ordering. The terms and conditions state that the exchange period is 14 days after the order date, and no refunds will be issued after that time. This is a rip-off!

Ordered a sun hat

Ordered a sun hat, then checked trustpilot reviews! Was a bit worried so replied to one of the quite a few emails they sent reassuring me, and they always responded. Hat arrived 9 days later (but it was coming from France, I guess, second class) and I am very pleased with it. It's well made and as described.

Bought some tactical shorts from this…

Bought some tactical shorts from this company. Delivery took around 6 weeks and on inspection of the shorts, although they appear to be reasonably well made, the zips are poor quality and there are multiple pockets that are too small to actually put anything in and the main zipped pockets have openings that are too small to get your hand in empty, never mind when you are grasping something. Waste of time and money for me.
Returns policy seems complicated and heavily biased towards the seller, so won't be trying to return these shorts but will put this one down to (bad) experience. Won't be buying from here again.

Item not great, returns v difficult!

No details of how to return sent with item. Different returns policy on website than if I clicked on returns policy on order confirmation email. In both policies it says I need to send back item with proof of purchase, however, none was sent with the item. When email to be clear of how to return - no response.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Do not buy from them!! The item was not as described and now I am trying to return the item they do not reply to my emails and you can not contact them any other way. I wrote a review on their website but they have not published it. I assume that was because it was not positive

Non-Existent customer service

I received an email gushing about how thankful they were for my order, which I'm sure was automated in hindsight. When I went to try to get a response to emails for an item that I need to exchange/ refund as per their 30-day returns policy for unused items, I have been ghosted. There's no one at the other end. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered a chair and sandals, I did not receive a tracking order and when I emailed the company the email address does not exist and there is no phone number. I still await my order from 3 weeks ago.

Ordered a pair of trousers

Ordered a pair of trousers. It took almost a month to arrive. They were too small even though my dimensions were well under the size chart. I have contacted them twice to return them for a larger size but have heard nothing.
Awful service, would not recommend them.
