Does what it says. Easy to order quick delivery

Having used it for a week it does seem to give some relief. When my sciatica flares up I put the pad on the appropriate area and it does relieve the pain.Gradually through the week my sciatica has lmproved.If the improvement continues then I would award the appliance 5 stars.

I lost the belt from my equipment when moving - wrote to get a new one - they responded immediately and have sent me one straight away with their compliments - very impressed as so rare to get such good customer service these days 🤩

Bought this as a present to my father whose posture was getting worse. He absolutely loved it as by using it his back was streching and he felt much better. It is very easy to use and really feels good. An excellent back "tool" for everyone who wishes a good back tone and strech especially after all the long sitting hours in front of computers! I definately reccomment it. Company extremely professional with excellent after sale service

I love the therapy pad. I suffer with Postherpetic neuralgia after having shingles and am often in pain.
The therapy pad has really helped with the pain, which enable me to be able to concentrate at work.
The customer service is also excellent. They were a great help when I had to contact them recently.

Velcro not sticking well

The wiring came undone in my neck brace on day 2. Max got in touch with me and sent me a new neck brace. Addressed my concerns. Well done great customer service

Dont underestimate how much of an impact this product will have on your standard of living!! Life changing for me. Improvements in my posture and pain relief within days. Honestly wont put on any footwear without these insoles anymore.

Parcel arrived in good condition. Did not get updated when the parcel was sent of and when it would get delivered. I am happy with the product.

Was getting some comfort from this pain therapy.
But lost the gadget that attached to the pads on off switch, looked everywhere

I would use this website again and again

This is better than heat plasters where you have heat at point of pain. With the belt, it is more expensive than others but firstly it is heated by your body temperature and as the oads go 3/4 way round your body, the comfort is better distributed, and cist effective over time and used whenever needed.

My Back support was delivered very promptly and worked admirably. Unfortunately it developed a small fault, but the Company dealt with the issue with utter professionalism and sent a replacement which arrived the next day.
The support is very easy to use, comfortable and on applying the first time I could instantly feel the support it gave to my back.
As a Lorry Driver I wear it for up to 12 hours at a time and, can honestly say, with no discomfort. I thoroughly recommend it!

Order arrived very quickly. I have been trying the brace and suggest you build up the time you wear it as it takes time to get used to it. Very satisfied with service received.
