Order delivered on time, unfortunately one of the vases was badly damaged, but a phone call to customer services and they sent another one the next day which was fine, maybe a idea to put fragile tape on packaging thank you.

I collected my order and was disappointed to find two items missing - I wanted to reorder an item which I can no longer find - I’m having to take the tray back to see how the handles fix on. Having called in today everything was rectified and I was happy to place another order
