I purchased an ABS module for my Jeep Wrangler from Back To Road Auto Parts for $1,192. At no point during the purchase was I told the part would be used or that I would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The part arrived damaged, with a crack in the module, and Jeep confirmed that a used ABS module cannot be reprogrammed to another vehicle’s VIN, making it unusable. Despite repeated emails, the company ignored my concerns and only sent generic responses about their policies. They advertise “hassle-free warranty” and “fully tested parts” on their website, but my experience was the opposite. Buyers beware.
