I had never heard of this company
I had never heard of this company, so I did my usual scam sleuthing. Reddit didn't turn up anything, which worried me, but Trustpilot had a lot of good reviews, so I took a chance. Got everything exactly as described, at a reasonable price, and only a few days after I ordered.

Found things i couldn't find elsewhere for the same price.
I was able to find some sleeves that weren't available anywhere else that just barely popped up on ultra pro website. Not only that but I found a playmat ive being eyeing for an amazing price! I couldn't be happier with the order itself. Also I cant forget to mention they reached out gave me a heads up on some upcoming releases that I didnt know about.

Does not open
Trying to open this deck box is almost impossible unless you punch it with the force of Thor. I have had to slam it against the table on more than one occasion just to get access to my cards once again. Will never buy another one of these again.

Our return process is FREE and EASY if you'd like to send the item back just say the word and our Wizards will assist you promptly (we will need your order number or email address to assist in identifying which deck box you ordered)! When we receive the returned item we will refund 100% of the purchase without hesitation.
As a retail partner of multiple manufacturers products we will submit your product feedback to them for review but we have no influence on their design and manufacturing processes. What we can do is try to describe the item more accurately on our product page and I would love to get your feedback on what we currently have written!
