Saxony XL
Delivered promptly and with care. Great value for money. Superb product that is easy to build as long as you follow instructions with care and make sure all is square. Took me and my wife a weekend with a few beers to assemble at a leisurely pace. Looks fantastic. Now it needs to stand the test of time. May add guttering to the back if needed.

Garden classic addition
Exceptional and well thought out design.Beautiful finishing, you will be overwhelmed with your gorgeous greenhouse.
However, you will need above average skill and knowledge to complete the project.
It arrives in several flat pack cardboard cases and a two inch thick construction manual.
Approximately it takes four full days from start to finish for two fit persons.

Prompt Service; Top Quality product
I have put a more substantial gazebo from another premium company together before and the quality of workmanship, wood and forethought that has gone into the Backyard Discovery Saxony XL is in another league. Top product. Took me and my wife a total of about 9 hours to fully assemble, thanks to clear instructions and precise pilot holes and unwarped wood. Would not recommend for inexperienced DIYers without more help than what I had.

Nearly perfect!
The whole process was seamless- Easy to order, on time delivery, great packaging, clear instructions, no shortages and a few sensible extra parts
The design is also faultless but I couldn’t give a five star review because of the wooden parts - the wood is very light weight and dry- as a result we encountered several splits requiring workarounds and great care. If only the wood had been of a better quality I’d have happily given a 5 star plus review.
Would add that now it’s up the kids just love it!!!!

Quality components.
Not yet completed but what has been done has gone together well and the timber is good quality. Steel fixings are solid and fit for purpose, no bendy bits here. Quality screws and bolts. Have high hopes for a substantial structure which should last years if properly looked after.

Wow - the product itself is fantastic quality, value for money and looks great. However - if you are looking for a company that provides top class customer service in relation to their products - even when the issue was caused by us and not them, look no further. Never experienced customer service as quick and good as this. Great company to deal with

Well designed and fabricated!
I had been looking forward to having this in my garden, and have not been disappointed. It took a couple of days to build it, and all of the parts fitted together accurately. The trickiest part was fitting the edging trim around the roof. The completed roof is heavy though, too heavy for my wife and I to lift into position without help. Once I get my electricity supply sorted out I will be fixing my festoon lights and then will be ready to fire up the BBQ into the evening. I was very happy with the quality of this, there are a lot of parts but it really does go together very well!

We are so glad you are happy with the quality of the product and found assembly easy enough. Yes, our roofs are pretty heavy but we can guarantee they will withstand the UK winter (which is pretty bleak right now). Hopefully, you have some decent BBQ weather soon and put our Gazebo to the ultimate test!

14 x 10 pergola
Delivery and packaging all good. When erecting it would be useful to have caps for the slotted joist fixing holes as they are open to the elements, apart from that the instructions are clear and exact.
