Have been trying to return a flag that we ordered the wrong size. Emails don’t go through and no one ever answers the phone . We called the bank about them . Steer clear of this business.

I cannot say this in strong enough language. F THESE PEOPLE!
They never answer the phone, and they're slow to answer emails. Sent me the wrong product. After several emails they sent me another package... With the exact same wrong product. I'm initiating a charge back because I don't live close enough to go down there personally and urinate on them literally for urinating on their customers metaphorically.

Bought a blue line Hat that probably cost them 50 cents if that. I would never wear a hat of such poor quality. Tried to return with no response from them after 3 emails. Scam company

I purchased a Coast Guard yard (banner) flag and banner pole set. The items were sent promptly. However, the product was cheap. The flag was thin, one sided, one color print. The pole set was about half the diameter of other pole sets and 2/3 the height. It was so cheap looking I would never display it. I has purchased a Navy one at a tourist store for my son. The flag was heavier, better made, two sided, and multi colored. The pole set was twice the diameter and full height. Deducting the cost they charged for shipping the Navy set was $10 more, but more than twice the quality. I did sent them an email of these facts.

I have purchased from this company repeatedly this year (approx 10X), the most recent purchase was received last week in Eastern Washington state. I (or the friend or relative I have purchased for) have always received the products ordered, and always had a generous discount. Some orders take longer than others due to pandemic. I have purchased masks, mask filters and shields for myself and for my relatives and neighbors. I have not purchased OTHER products. They are slow to unresponsive on email, but I do not know how many customer service people they have working for them from home. I do think it is essential to respond to customers. It is also difficult for companies to control their own suppliers since the WORLD is tapped out on personal protective equipment. I give them the benefit of the doubt as they have not done me wrong.

It is October the 14th 2020 and I still have not received my order that I placed on May 1st 2020 or a refund from this company. I have involved the BBB after multiple correspondences to them multiple occasions. I can not believe I am the only customer they have fleeced in this way in the midst of this pandemic. I only hope their company's future reflects the consequences of the  heinous actions they have inflicted on their unsuspected customers. I am writing this review in the hopes it will deter others by being duped by the name of this company Back Your Hero, which they should be ashamed to adorn.

I have waited for 90 days for a shipment from this company. I have tried to contact them both by phone and email without any success. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

SCAM company! Do not use! They prey on our heroes and take your money without sending out product ordered! Refuse to refund money! THIEVES, do not purchase from them! SCAMMERS!

They are a SCAM company. They profit off of the fact that they serve the military, Nurses, Police, Fireman, and first responders. And, that they are located in the USA. They claim to be in AZ. Their support email is returned as undeliverable. Their customer service number (844) 815-9982, is a recording and no one returns their call. They have a Facebook group page that was bombarded with negative comments and they removed them and their page is no longer available for POSTS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! BBB AND BANK ARE AWARE.
