I will definitely use this company again. The item I ordered was soon dispatched and with me within days. The item was well wrapped and well packaged the item I ordered was a glass orb for a 50th birthday item as described. It’s lovely thank you.

Ordered the gift weeks ago, contacted them twice about the whereabouts of this gift as the tracking didn’t update, still not turned up and no reply to update. Very poor.

I got a cancellation notice so I never received the gift. But that was fine I replaced it with something else. I also appreciate that you were so quick to let me know my order was canceled.
Thank you I will try to do business with you in the future.

Paid for item which never arrived. Have tried to contact customer service but nobody has responded. Please could somebody respond to me?

Lovely item perfect for a birthday gift.
I would have liked to have a 40th birthday box, but it only came in one colour, which was. not the birth month colour. That would have made it perfect.

Unfortunately, both the Sienna Glass hearts I purchased were broken, however I was given a refund on the prce I paid but not the £14.99 potage
