**BAD: Beyond Appalling Delay**
How are banks still trusting this company to handle payments? A simple transfer from one Metro Bank account to another took *two weeks* due to their so-called "delays." Do they not understand these payments are crucial for contractors and creditors?
In an era of AI and instant technology, why is the UK banking system relying on an outdated, unfit-for-purpose system? Are their systems obsolete? Are they deliberately holding customers' money to profit from it?
It raises serious questions:
- Are they prioritizing certain customers over others?
- Is customer service even a concern for them?
Whatever the reason, this is a shambolic, unacceptable service. It’s time for banks and regulators to step in and hold them accountable for this chaos.
By the way the payment STILL has not arrived and BACS keep claiming they have "delays"
