First time I had brought from Bad Boy but the service was superb I had even messed up my order called up and they were very helpful and was changed in seconds, delivery was unbelievably quick.

Will definitely use again !

Have brought a lot of badboy gear over the years and it just seems to get better and better.

Arrived as stated. Excellent service with well informed emails and text messages to let me know where my parcel was up to. Goods were well packed and my boyfriend is going to love them when he opens them on christmas day. Will defonately be using this company again.

Amazing product as usual, upset at a lot of the products in medium are sold out so had to get another product from another website, but still love the website

The shorts turned up almost as soon as we had ordered them. They are a Christmas present so can't review the actual item yet but they look good in the packet :)

Very fast response, good price and fast delivery.

This product arrived very quickly. I ordered wrong size and rang to ask if I could change it before it was posted. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and helped me make the right choice. Changing the size was no problem. The product is excellent quality.

I've ordered a whole bunch of items on november 4th, and my order has yet to ship. They told me an item wasn't in stock and to contact them. I sent 2 e-mails, never got a reply.
Then I phoned them twice, and both times customer "service" assured me a fresh shipment was coming in and my order would be sent at the end of the week. Wich was a blatant lie, since nothing actually happened.
Then I sent another e-mail, to wich I recieved no reply whatsoever. As far as I'm concerned, I've had more than enough of their so-called service.
I love the Bad Boy gear, too bad this site gives such bad service. Trust them at your own risk

Glad that you ship abroad. It is always better to buy from a manufacturer directly. I am satisfied with the quality of your brand and will definitely advise it to my friends and buy more myself. The brand is not presented in Russia well though it deserves to be. I was a bit nervous that I couldn't track the parcel after it left GB but fortunately it has arrived within a month.

Bad Boy has great products but placing international orders isn't always the most convenient nor the most pleasant.

Dispatched quickly and sent recorded delivery even though only standard postage cost charged.
Product is good quality as you would expect from Badboy. Will be great for the gym or as base layer.
