One broker who shares your details with other brokers
Update-
Having contact now loan via email to ask them to remove all my details from the system to stop unwanted harassment, they have ignored my email and failed to reply. This is a company who states they are online 24/7 but have completely ignore my email asking to remove all details. I would avoid this scam company at all costs.
One broker who who passes your information onto other brokers. If you can not offer a loan via your panel of lenders why pass a customers personal details onto other brokers. Now have loads of stupid company’s texting and emailing. Please just go direct to lender ensuring they are direct lenders not brokers. Now loans remove my details and leave me alone

We do work with dozens of direct lenders but, if an applicants credit history or affordability doesn't meet the acceptance criteria of the direct lenders on our panel, we sometimes communicate with a partner broker to see if a lender on their panel is willing to help.
In an attempt to reduce the number of unwanted communications our users receive, we have asked you for more information through email so that we might be able to exclude partners who are sending excessive communications. We would be most grateful if you could respond, this could help future applicants avoid the same issues you've had.
