They took their time, but they deliver, ping them on Telegram

My order from March 16 still hasn’t shown any progress. I’ve tried contacting their support via email and Telegram — no response to my emails, and on Telegram I only received a couple of delaying replies before they completely stopped responding.

What’s worth mentioning is that when a payment fails, they contact you immediately. But when they fail to deliver the service, they disappear without a trace.

Lots of promises that do not get delivered. Payments made but nothing done. No communication and they just ignore you when you ask for an update on your order.

Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the hassle.

They do not respond when you want to return an item. 7emails sent an no response even though website says will respond within 24hrs

Don’t not buy from this site, says delivery within 5 days. It took 25 days. Item arrived and nothing like the picture. I’ve contacted them twice and no response. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a response and nothing.

Ordered 3 days ago. Claimed it was "instant delivery" and "24/7" support. Didn't get either my delivery nor a response when contacted. Obviously a scam, willing to change my review if something changes

It's a scam. Placed an order over two weeks ago and got nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy losing your money.

This is such a scam website. Order was not fulfilled... It has been 2 months, and the support on telegram blocked me last week! It kept saying it is being processed and to be patient, but nothing was delivered. Finally, I asked for a refund, and after a few days of not responding, I was blocked. They just stole it like no problem. Many people in the telegram group said they also have been scammed by this website... Terrible

Seems like a scam website. Order was placed a week ago, and it has not been delivered. The support is not helpful at all and keeps ignoring the requests and messages. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. It is ridiculous. They just steal people's money. Never use this scam website ever. Definitely will be reported for deception and malpractice. FYI, this company is based in India ....

Placed an order for 4 items to get done. The order was never completed. Emailed several times and even asked for customer service. No response through email and nothing was done. Asked for full refund and no response. Bad company and stole money literally. Do not book any services through them.

Placed 2 orders- waiting for results. It’s been 2 days 48 hrs since first order and 24 hours since second. Messaged today, was told both orders will be processed in the next 12-24
