Addressing poor delivery would lead to a higher rating.
This review is based on two criteria only: 1) product choice and pricing; and 2) delivery and tracking information. As the products are standardised, they are the same no matter where they are purchase, therefore this is not taken into account. Product choice is good and the pricing is competitive, and as such warrants a 4 star rating. Delivery and tracking was, on the other hand, poor and merits a 2 star rating. The order was dispatched within one working day of purchase, which is very satisfactory, however, it didn't reach Ireland for a further 10 working days, which is very, very slow and, even more concerning, the tracking information provided by the shipper was next to useless and left the buyer none the wiser as to the whereabouts of the parcel as it wound its way to its destination. In consequence, what probably should have been a 4 or 5 star rating was reduced to a 3 star one because of the poor delivery service.

Problem with purchase
Got a racquet that has a manufacturing defect and manage to deal with customer service but was asked to return the item, even after it was strung and gripped. It's just annoying that as a buyer that waited a while to receive the item and asked to send it back when you are excited to have received them. Just be aware.
