Bought a hybrid hood tracksuit
Bought a hybrid hood tracksuit. Mixed and matched and got steel grey jacket and black bottoms. The contrasting pockets meant it looked great. The staff called to check I meant to do so. Really pleased with it.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Forgot to use the 30% additional Black Friday code. Messaged customer services to refund the difference because of my mistake. Refund was authorised on a Sunday less than 12 hours after my purchase. Very happy that I didn’t have to cancel or reorder. Thanks again

Fast service, delivery on time. I’ve ordered another since I’ve took delivery and although there have been delays to Royal Mail strikes a member of Badr staff called Rob called me to discuss my order at 8pm on a Friday night and gave me a further 20% discount… you do not get customer service like that from anywhere!!!
