Don't buy this brand under any circumstance

The most useless boots I've ever used! I bought a pair of the Flight boots which were advertised as "workwear". In less than 2 weeks before the material over the steel toe cap started to wear, and in just a weeks it was so bad the steel fell out of the left boot. I emailed customer service who did reply, only to say I had to use their warranty procedure which I did. I've never heard back from them even after chasing from my end. All in all, a pathetic excuse for a company and a product. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

Bad by name Bad by quality

Bad by name Bad by quality. I ordered the Slim fit pants. Stitches were coming apart before even trying them on for the first time. Ended up with a hole in the crouch within 4 months. Ill be sticking with kmarts anko brand as they last twice as long as Bad work wears does

Nope

Site is good and easy to use. That’s where the good stops however! Ordered trousers and I received someone else’s order so emailed “support” advising I had received someone else’s order and told to start returns procedure, going through the returns it states I was being charged for “handling” of return. Emailed back and asked why I was being charged when I never even got the item I purchased so they asked for information and they would cancel the handling fee, great! As of yet I’ve only being refunded my amount minus the handling fee and no answer from support anymore

Great experience with this company. …

I have had a pair of work boots for over 18 months. Absolutely fantastic. Hardly ang sign of wear.
Two pairs of shorts. I find robust and good quality.
I ordered a T-shirt that was too small. No hassle with the return and replacement, communication via email was spot on.
Orders can take a little longer than one is used to with Amazon prime. However this is understandable.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Bought the "waterproof" Hoodies

Bought the "waterproof" Hoodies. All I can say is, Victoria ice and Queensland rain must have very different attributes than their Scottish equivalent.
Two base layers and they dont cut it for warmth below 12⁰C.
As for waterproof? Mildly water resistant at best. Not good enough for an outdoor site. If your running from the canteen to your car, it'll be fine.
Oh and "Express" delivery sucks. It comes with 2 day delivery, but that's on this side. It lies in Oz for a week before that.
I won't be buying again.

They charge you £10 to refund your original payment method when returning.
Trousers come up too small on waist
Waterproof hoody is to thin for the expense it won’t keep you warm in uk winter so I decided to send that back too.
Despite not being fit for purpose I cant believe they charge for a refund if you won’t accept a voucher. Avoid

The name says it all… BAD

Products look great on delivery & first wear but….. Bad Workwear — the name says it all (should be "really bad Workwear")
I’ve bought several items from Bad Workwear over the past year — including work trousers, boots, and jackets — and unfortunately, the name has turned out to be entirely accurate.
BAD WOMENS 925™ Work Pants: After only a few wears, the waistband stitching came apart completely. It wasn’t wear and tear — it was simply bad manufacturing.
Boots: Fell apart within weeks.
Jacket: The Velcro at the cuffs detached after three washes, and every jacket zip I’ve bought from them becomes stiff and unusable after a few washes.
When I contacted customer services (politely, with photos and order details), they dismissed the issue because my “3-month manufacturers warranty” had expired — despite the trousers being less than four months old and clearly defective.
For anyone else in the UK: please be aware that a store’s warranty does NOT override your legal rights.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If a fault appears within the first six months, it’s legally presumed to have been present at the time of sale unless the retailer can prove otherwise. That means it’s their responsibility — not yours — to put it right.
Bad Workwear’s refusal to repair, replace, or refund is not just poor service — it’s a breach of UK consumer law.
Will be going to Trading Standards and contacting my bank for a chargeback.
In short: Bad by name, bad by nature, and bad at customer service.
Avoid.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered 2 items for my brothers birthday. Waited 2 weeks for delivery, company proceeds to state delivered, refuses to provide proof and now ignoring emails.

Do not buy from these people. I have issued a charge back via my bank that has been accepted. Should have checked the reviews before I purchased. So much online about these scammers.

It's all Good

Recently purchased a hoody to be shipped to the UK.
It arrived within 7 days, I ordered a large, seems a good fit.
Cozy and warm, haven't had it wet yet too yet, which is the whole purpose of the purchase.
Cannot fault the sales team and the shipper

Poor Fit

I bought a pair of work shorts at my usual size (M) and they were far too small. I returned them and got a pair of size L. They sort of fitted but fitted like a sack of potatoes. I cant get them to stay on, always hitching them up! They are too short and very uncomfortable.
To their credit, they seem solid enough and the service was good. But the product is just bad fitting!

No shorts, no reply.

Ordered from them almost 2 weeks ago, no shorts have arrived, no working shopping number. Ignored 5 emails I sent, finally left a bad review, got an email within the hour, replied. Been ignored again since.
