I been messaging this company for three days about my orders. And they haven't responded back yet. I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary but I think 🤔 i been scam .

Save your time and money! They sent me the wrong necklace and then told me I had to bear the cost of shipping from Canada to China in order to receive a refund. The customer service is terrible.

Everything looks brilliant at start, lovely necklace and box can't complain about that but 1 month after purchase the necklace turns from gold to silver metal and the the diamonds fall out. It also gets sent from USA.
You can buy better from china. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Don’t waste your time on this joke of a company, I ordered a product on the 9th August 2025 in hopes that it would be here for my partners 30th birthday on 26th of August 2025 only to find out that it had been sent to to the UK! I am in Australia..

Very disappointed and would not recommend. I have started the process of trying to get my money back with hopes that I can put some money back into my bank account as the product I purchased was $90.15!!

Absolutely crap. Not worth the money paid. Couldn’t even use nice paper and half the words were cut off. Very much doubt the necklace is white gold. Should have looked at trust pilot before purchasing. Not happy.

Glad I read reviews before spending, was gonna get one for mother’s day and no surprise the ad shows up near mother’s day too. Don’t bother reading reviews on their site since it’s so obvious they’re fake, literally all 5 star reviews generated by the company to make people think it’s legit.They did such a bad job of it too like obviously it’s fake if all reviews are 5 starts and not one 4 star or any other ratings out of probably 30-40 reviews if not more. It’s messed up scamming people using love they got for family, it’s a damn shame too because it would be successful too if they were legit and didn’t do bad business.

They completely dismissed me for a refund. I bought a gift knowing there is a refund policy and they completely brushed me off. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from these scammers until they figure out how to refund their poor customers experiencing this headache

Wouldn’t recommend at all . Their pieces do tarnish and aren’t water proof scam . My husbands chain ruined under a month. Tried reaching out multiple times for days ! Email , Facebook , Instagram no response but when I first purchased my item they were very fast at responding. Seems like they won’t rectify the situation.

Good and super friendly costumer service. The necklace is perfect but its too small for my boyfriend, buts its very good.

Terrible quality products.

I purchased the 'Galaxy Rose' from bae + friend and it directly shipped from China, and the construction quality is similar. It was not a crystal rose as expected, but was made entirely of plastic. The stem was not even made of metal, but a spray-painted plastic.

Do NOT purchase from them; buyer beware. Definitely a ruined Valentine's Day gift.

Never received confirmation for portable AC i ordered it's been over a week now... Gonna give this company a 1 star. If i receive an update and or the product. I will update my review accordingly... Until then... Possible scam.

Stay away scam product never comes. Don't waste your money.

Never received the resistance bands I ordered 2 months ago and they won't issue refund nor answer email requests. I'm out 38.00 and still no sign of product. Refund contingent upon return of product..which I never received. Avoid this company!!
