Very satisfied
Very satisfied with my experience at Bächli Bergsport. I was advised by a staff member which hiking backpack would fit my needs and was able to try several styles in the store with weights inside to get a realistic impression. I chose a color that was only available online and was able to order it for instore pickup at the Bächli Bergsport in Lausanne. The ordering process was smooth and I had my pack in 2 days (there was a holiday in between). Highly recommend!!

Worst service is Lausanne Shop
By phone with central at Nanikon everything is easy, the person was really nice the send my order, thanks to her I finally bought the shoes and went to Bern to order the same shoes for my wife.
I usually go to the Lausanne shop.
I went to the Lausanne shop, I made 80km for nothing as the guys don’t care much about customers (not 1st time), to buy the shoes that finally you sent by post after my request by phone but the guys in Lausanne shop just told me the size doesn’t exist on the system, finally I showed the is there is in another shop so can you transfer or send it to me by post, he said no I can’t and stop discussion ended.
So from now on I’ll go to the bern shop event if I prefer to speak french it’s disgusting to
lose my time watching in the internet where to buy, go to the shop having a person who really doesn’t cares, says oh maybe it was sold during the night so we don’t have it on stock and pretexting that the is no stock available and finally the excuse was we can’t order from another shop.
Guys change this team member, imagine how many clients this guy is sending to
your competitors. I came in purpose but someone else for exemple from lausanne he will just leave and find the goods in another place but won’t come back anymore.

Sans numéro de commande, nom ni moyen de contact il sera difficile de pouvoir améliorer nos services en prenant votre mécontentement comme exemple afin de pouvoir transmettre aux collaborateurs du magasin ce qui doit être, selon votre témoignage, amélioré dans leur comportement au travail.
