Do not worry about what to do with your unwanted books any more - we have a solution
So easy to arrange. What a wonderful, seamless way to recycle all the books we had accumulated. I was really impressed when the smiling young friendly, polite and really helpful guy turned up to collect - at the time I was told… knowing my books will go to good homes was the cherry on top.

I love the idea of this charity
I love the idea of this charity, my late partners clothing has gone to a specific charity that affected our lives. Its quite an upsetting thing to have to do but this has made me feel more positive about the situation that it helps others in the long run.
The company is very good at communicating & answered my emails straight away. I also received an email to tell me they had collected the clothing, I had left it outside my home due to work. I will definitely use this service again. Fantastic

Easy to book and collected early…
Easy to book and collected early in the morning as arranged. The only reason not 5 stars is because the driver knocked on the front door and seemed annoyed we hadn't left a note on the front door to say where the bags were. The bags were left outside our back gate as indicated using the GPS locator we had to provide when making the booking. Why bother with this GPS system if the driver doesn't use it?

Excellent Service
So easy to arrange a collection. Boxed up 9 boxes of bric-a-brac and books, collected on the day arranged with great communication as to what time the courier was arriving. We have arranged for another collection date next week. Would highly recommend bag2charity and knowing it is helping causes in our region is a bonus.

Fantastic service I’ve used these guys many times! Great customer service, fast response to queries, you are given a couple of dates for your pick up which is great so you can book two weeks in advance maybe more, there is a tracked pick up and a rough time slot given also so that you can see where your collection driver is on the day of pick up, what more could you want! I highly recommend using this service!! And I will continue to do so

Great Way to Give to Charity
There were very clear instructions as to how Bag2Charity works & what's accepted & what isn't. Was easy to book a date for collection & it gave us time to find as much as we could.
Obviously, you have to trust that your chosen charity will actually benefit but these days, it's even more important to still believe in people's honesty.
Was very straightforward to print labels to tape to our bags. Would definitely use them again, especially as other charities appear to have stopped collecting bags!
