Scam - don’t order here
Product ordered, money transferred but never received the product.
Contacted customer support several times. Either way they do not reply at all or are of absolutely no help. According to them a neighbour took the package but there is none that has it. Bagage24 also don’t share which of the neighbours it should be.
Company does absolutely nothing to help.
Very disappointing. Lost 120€.

Waiting already one month…
I placed an order with Bagage24 on January 18, 2024, which has yet to be delivered. Despite reaching out to customer service, an investigation was initiated with no discernible outcome to date. I have consistently had to inquire about updates, and unfortunately, no solutions have been presented thus far. This lack of resolution has been both frustrating and disappointing.

Very untrustable!
I ordered a laptop backpack from bagage24.nl website and they send me a wrong product from them, something different than my order. When I asked them to change it they replierd that I can return it to a comapny called "Tasko Products GmbH" at my own cost. I had to pay for their mistake!

I ordered a suitcase for my world trip, the stitching broke within 2 weeks of use.
I am currently in Thailand and will be travelling for another 7 months. They offer a 40 dollar cash back or want me to send the suitcase to them, so they can fix the stitching and then send it back to me. Which will have me stuck in thailand for how long that’ll take. It is unbelievable

Terrible and rude service. Never order from this “company”
Terrible and rude service. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they are so rude to you and they hang up. They send me a wrong item in my order.
In our communication by email (which is very slow) they mention that they want me to send back the item they sent within mentioning at all the actual item they were supposed to sent me.
This company should close for good.
The worst service I’ve ever experience.

Do not order from Bagage24 - I would rate them a 0 if I could
Ordered a leather bag that arrived with numerous dents and scratches on it. When I contacted customer support to request that Bagage24 pays for the return shipping of the bag, my request was rejected. I was informed that the leather just looks scratched and damaged when this is obviously not the case and I have never received such a poor quality item when ordering from fossil itself. Do not order anything from this company as they demonstrably fail to handle their products with appropriate care and utterly fail to take responsibility. I’d rate it a 0 if I could

Horrible experience and wish I checked reviews before. This is not a .nl account but actually a German company with customer service out from Asia.
Return proces is expensive and not transparent at all.
Hope I get money back... Feel actually dependent upon DHL ....

No Free Returns
No Free Returns! You have to pay for it!
I expected this company to have the possibility of free returns, it has not. To send a product back from The Netherlands, it cost 1/3 of the product's price (€11.50). Which is too much! Yes, it was explained on their website and it is my fault for not checking. But in this day and age it is customer friendly to be able to return a product for free!

Super fast delivery, super happy
Purchased on 21.12.2021 and received on 24.12.2021 in perfect condition. I was really skeptical at first as I did not know this website at all, and the price was really low (more then 30%) compared to other webshop (bol.com wenger.ch and others) for article in question. Based on the other reviews here, I decided to give it a shot. I did pay with AmazonPay (just in case), but in the end I can only give it a 5 Star rating for the super fast delivery, in a good package and the article itself also in mint condition.

Returning the item is almost impossible, as it is longer than carrier can accept. And even I sent it, they say they havent received it.
Horrible.
Not only that I wasted money on that umbrella, I added on my loss by sending it back.
Stay away from that shop if you dont want to get double ripped off
