It’s been 40 days and I’ve only received 3 out of 5 items.
Naturally, the two missing pieces are the most expensive ones. Customer service refuses to issue a refund and clearly doesn't take their buyers seriously. Save your money and shop elsewhere. You’ve been warned!
I had a terrible experience with Bagallery and would strongly advise others to be careful.
First, they delivered the wrong item, which is already unacceptable. But what made things worse was their handling of the situation. On their Instagram page, they clearly mention a 30-day refund policy, but when I contacted them, they suddenly changed their stance and said the refund would take 65–70 days—which is honestly ridiculous.
Even after waiting more than 70 days, I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer support is equally frustrating. Every email gets the same copy-paste, robotic replies with no real solution or accountability. It feels like you’re talking to bots instead of actual people.
This kind of misleading policy and poor service is completely unacceptable. Delivering the wrong item is one thing, but delaying refunds beyond their own stated policy and then not resolving the issue even after months is extremely unprofessional.
Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
I dont even want to give one star they have such terrible customer service they deserve 0 stars such a bad experience they are thiefs they take your money they dont have the products and fake products and on top of all these issues the worst customer support i ordered in 25th sept 25 only got one product and rest of the order still not recieved nor refund
I ordered 3 shirts but don't know why I recieved 1 first. So I pay for the 1. The one I recieved is very bad cotton, itchy stuff while in the ads its looking very good, knitted texture. Don't waste your money.....
Scammers. Never buy. They send bad quality and worst quality item on purpose. And then take 1 month to get item back. Another month for inspection by their third class team. Then 55-60 business days to process refund. They haven't processed mine till now
