Poor Customer Service
I was sent the incorrect item which I suppose is an honest mistake. Company promised to send out a replacement immediately but it actually took a further week to arrive after prompting.
I wanted to add a perspex stand to my order for which they gave me a code for free next day delivery but I suspect that rather than send it separately, they delayed dispatch in order to save a couple of quid on postage - not sure why they couldn't send the stand as a good will gesture. Surely a couple of pieces of perspex wouldn't hurt their profits. Just felt like unnecessary inconvenience. 🙃

We have been working through the post Black Friday rush and, in this instance, we followed more of a “computer says no” standard process rather than doing what we usually do, which is look at each order on a case by case basis. You are a loyal, returning customer and we could have handled this better. I am sorry it ended up feeling like unnecessary inconvenience.
Regarding the perspex stand, the team combined the shipments so everything would arrive together, but I completely understand why this came across as an additional delay.
