We started back in 2015 as a hobby and over time this project has year on year become bigger and better in terms of quality in both stock and in how we do things. We source our clothing from all over the world and handpick it when we can, this is to give you the best quality of stock we can find. Hi Olivia, so sorry about this issue you have faced, it is not how we do business, something on our end has broken. we have tried to issue a refund like we have said on email and instagram DMs. We have asked for you banking details so we can manually send the refund rather than through PayPal which is where we believe the issue is.
