Seems like good quality, the size 2*2m swallowed more than expected. Both table, 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs fitted nicely. Will know in the spring how well the equipment was preserved. Recommended!

Fast and prompt delivery of the Med Bag. Seems truly sturdy material and well designed. Nice surprise to find also two storage bags for when the Med Bag is not in use. Did not expect those.

Bag rips after one season!

Bought two bags and both had multiple rips after one normal Norwegian winter. Customer service was just horrible and they did not stand by their warranty. Rather than admitting the material is too thin, they blamed the failure on insufficient furniture placed under the cover: "...you have been using the wrong size bag. There is not enough furniture in the bag..." Complete joke. We packed it as full as shown on their online video tutorial. Do yourself a favor and buy a heavy duty tarp from Biltema and save your money!

We have since upgraded all BAG´IN products with a stronger material, reinforced seams, and improved design to better handle the Scandinavian climate. These changes have increased production costs somewhat, but they also ensure much higher durability.

Great product but poor customer service (in Denmark)

This is the third time that I have ordered the Bag'in product for my terrace furniture. While the product itself is great and has kept my furniture dry and secure during the harsh Danish winters, their customer support is sorely lacking.

I had ordered extra Storm Achors with my latest order, which were not included in the shipment. I immediately contacted their Customer Service to advise them...and received no response. I have since sent them 3 follow-up emails with still no answer. It's a shame that an otherwise great product is diminished by such a lack of respect and care for their customers.

FOLLOW UP: After getting no response at all from Bag'In Customer Service in Denmark (shame!), I decided to try their Customer Service in Norway. Happy to report that they responded immediately and sent the missing item the same day. Tak Norge! I will only be ordering from Norway in the future.

Useless

Useless. Blown to pieces after one winter. Buy a tarp instead

Amazing

Amazing! We have had 3 Bagin Large for 4 years and all our furnitures looks new every spring when we unpack the Bagin. Best investment ever!

Buying rubberbands and a tarp is…

Buying rubberbands and a tarp is better: cheaper and by far a better solution. The Bag'in is too little flexible. I have the mini, but it is still too big for my sofa and table. They are 170 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm, with too few possible adjustments. It's a rope at the bottom and mid-way, but it is impossible to tighten enough and useless since my furniture collection is lower than one meter. The ventilation openings are then sagging too low. The top is also sagging and collects water. If I don't empty it every day, the water freezes, starts to blow, and sends big blocks of ice from my balcony, possibly hurting people.

The quality of materials feels good, but the design makes it useless for my needs. If my sofa was 1x1x2 meters, fitting the bag perfect I guess the bag is good. If the bag is too big: stay away.
