Be careful. I ordered a bag and not received a bag. Still waiting for a refund which over 2 weeks.

I ordered a bag from Baginning website. Received email from customer service team 4 days later that my order had some issue and could not deliver the bag, and offered me for an exchange or refund. I responded to get a refund which they already charged me money. 10 days later which pass 8 business days I still haven’t received money back. I emailed them to check but no one responded. Next day I sent another email and had some response, which clearly helped nothing apart from rephrased wording from previous email. I sent another email and they stated that process can take up to 5-10 business days for a refund. I still have not received a refund and it has been over 2 weeks.

Never received item.

I was given a tracking number that tracked the item from China to the US and then it was supposed to be transferred to the USPS and I was given a second tracking number. However, the item never made it to the USPS. One month after making my purchase I emailed customer service and they seemed nice and responsive. However after another week I asked for a refund. They kept saying they would but nothing happened. Another week went by and I said that if they do not give me a refund, that I would report them to PayPal and begin a dispute. In the end almost 2 months after my initial purchase, I got my money back via PayPal. I originally ordered because of the positive reviews here, but like others have said, this site might be a scam...not sure though because others have said they received their bags. I would just avoid from ordering.

Misleading Shipping Timeline and Poor Customer Support

I ordered the Brown Genuine Leather Satchel Bag in early February. The seller did not ship the item for over a month and provided vague, unhelpful responses when I followed up. After weeks of silence and delays, I had to file a dispute with my credit card to receive a refund in mid-March.

To my surprise, tracking later showed the package wasn’t processed until nearly two months after my order—and was returned to China after the refund had already been issued. This suggests the seller had full control of the shipment and chose not to act until forced.

This was a frustrating, time-wasting experience. I would not order from Baginning again and encourage others to AVOID unless you’re prepared for poor communication and long delays.

Scam, beware!!!

I I ordered a handbag in January with an estimated delivery date of February 12. As of May 5, no refund,no handbag. I’ve requested a refund multiple times. I was informed a refund had been issued multiple times. Do not buy from this company. It seems like a scam. It has been five months and I have no product and no refund.Buyer beware!!!!

This company is a total scam and do not buy from them! I made the mistake of buying a fake Birkin they took my money and it never arrived and sent me on a roundabout tracking expedition that let me know.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT BUY

Awful experience. I placed my order in the first week of April and didn't receive my order until 3 weeks later. I ordered the woven dark brown leather tote. When I opened my package it appeared vacuume sealed, causing the bag to be misshapen. I could've looked last this however, the material is NOT leather. It stinks like chemicals so badly I've had to put it in my garage. In addition they sent me the wrong color. The bag looks nothing like what's advertised on the photos. Also the quality is exceptionally POOR. The fake leather is crumbling apart all throughout the bag.
The worst part of this financial hardship is that I've reached out to customer service on 4 separate occasions to request a return as the website instructs and no one has responded, I'm in week 2 of silence.

I've reached out now to PayPal to file a claim against the company in hopes of getting a refund.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased two bags from them, and the stitching was intensively rainbow like, not like in their ads which look grey and muted. You can't zoom up to the bags on their website. I wrote and asked to return them. They were nasty and snippy, telling me "if I insist" to return the bags, they would give a 25% discount to keep them and I could sell them myself. They didn't want the bags back.
Then I find out they are in China NOT the US as they promote "Free US shipping" and it would cost me 70 to return them on a 106 purchase. I asked them for a return label and they could take the cost off my return and they won't reply. I asked them again, for the return label and they can take the cost off of the return label off the refund and they won't reply.
DO NOT BUY from this store. Horrible customer service and they are not in the US, nor honor US consumer laws.

The quality of the leather bags sold me. My bags I bought Are beautiful. Great experience from start to finish. No issues with the sender. I loved my bags so much I placed a second order. I’ll also be placing a third order for the bags I passed on. It’s not cheap quality.
