I bought a license plate bracket for my 2026 KTM Duke 990 R three months after its release. The best license plate bracket I've ever had! Perfect quality and finish! Due to Swiss regulations, I simply asked them for larger turn signal spacers. They sent me new parts that are police-approved 😉. The support via email and social media is just fantastic and the staff are incredibly kind ❤️

After I had an accident/slightly with my KTM 1290 super duke, I was pleasantly surprised! Nothing happened on my bike except the bobbin was destroyed and needs to be replaced.
I’m thrilled and have absolutely confidence after this experience and even better is the service and speed of Bagoros!

I bought crash bobbins and tail tidy for my 990 duke. Delivered in 5 day, great service. Everything fits perfectly, no problem installing. Will buy again.

I bought the crash bobbins for my 1390 duke because i haven't found any that i would like. I have read some bad reviews about customer service so i contacted them before the order. they were super nice and helped me pick the right ones, got them in 3 days! It fit’s great and would definitely buy again.

Replying to mails. If atleast you can just acknowledge you are looking into the issue..... but no answer at all? My part has been so said shipped for a week. Yet its either not picked up. Or stuck at DPD. I do not know who to blame. But looking at other reviews and no reply from support. I think its clear who is. Dpd: we are exchanging data internally. Im nothing with that. No proof of shipped. No mail. No support. If dpd is to blame then let us know in the email and look into it. If you keep having issues then bloody change expeditioner. Use DHL. Even myself use DHL daily and they are heaps better than DPD.

I ordered and pay for mirrors but this company did not send me anything nor they do not responds to emails. AVOID THEM

I bought a radiator guard, handlebars and crashbungs.

First of all, the 3D printed parts for the radiator guard wasn't even cleaned up, it had gunks of plastic in the holes for the screws, so alot of cleaning up on the 3D printed parts was needed.

Second of all, you should NEVER use 3D prints to mount parts, not at that pricetag atleast. 100 euro. The guard itself is like 40euro at most, so some nice cnc machined parts should be included. So overall a bad experience with the radiator guard.

The handlebar seems nice.

I'm not eager to mount the crash bungs, i fear that it has bad fitment, but shouldnt be as bad as the radiator guard atleast.

Took 18 days for shipping, from an EU country to another EU country - That's unacceptable, really really bad, but i can read in other reviews that people have waited many months, so i guess i should be happy with 18 days....

Will not be ordering from Bagoros performance again, and i will not recommend to others.

Guess you should just focus on your stunt carreer, cus youre not a bussinessman.

Ordered under a 19% off sale. It has now been a month and after countless of emails, i still havent gotten confirmation on the shipment of the package. The customer-service is hopeless, with endless of promises that it will be shipped. They are blaming it om summer vacation and lack of parts, even though it said «in stock» on the page.
I just hope my parts will get sent, or else i guess i must fight my way for a refund.

It's a scam and customer service is nonexistent. Don't buy anything if you don't want to lose money.

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding an order I placed back in February 2025, for item 72320.

I ordered stickers for my KTM, and the product was present on the date of purchase.
Despite several months having passed since the expected delivery date, the product never arrived. I tried to contact you several times for clarification. After three months, you granted me a refund. It's the end of July, but there's been no sign of the refund.
The communication is terrible; out of ten emails, perhaps one is answered after several days.

I consider this behavior unacceptable and in violation of consumer rights. Therefore, I urge you to refund me.

I ordered a couple of things around 10 months ago now. The customs gate charged me more than the price of the product so I have returned it to sender but the money didn’t get send back to me. They didn’t reply to my emails. Overall I’m not pleased, wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered crash guards for my Duke 890R after about a week with no shipping confirmation I reached out and was told “we ran out of material”. I figured fine that can happen but why have a 19% sale when you have no product to sell I waited another week till I messaged back only to be told my order will be shipped within 14 days. So far I am very disappointed and would most likely not buy again because there are many brand which make this product and would have gotten it out sooner. I emailed them again today to see if there’s any update but I haven’t gotten a response yet (it’s now end of day)

I ordered and pay in 28.04.2025 on their site, for my 2024 KTM1390 SDR Evo- crash bar & radiator protection, but ….until now …nothing !!!!🙁😔

UPDATE : After I search on internet about a contact number(phone/mobile) I succeeded to get in contact with someone from Bagoros business. Short story : first I explain ,get answers that were contradictory, in the end i succeeded to receive in 29 may (after 1 month) the crash bobbins and a grip tank free of charge (as an gift to apologize for the whole mess) remaining to be patient and wait for the rest of my original order ( the radiator protection). This part, paid in 28.04.2025, I receive it exactly on my birthday :) 19.06.2025 (with an thermos mug - as an gift)
Overall, I think the customer, logistic and purchasing departments, must improve much muuuuch more their input, in order to achieve minimum expectations of the customers!!!
Also to put an advisement when you try to buy, to set an time expectations from the start, before you want to pay!!!

If anything happens to your 2023 1290 superduke inferno stickerset maybe some damage and you like to buy a new set to complete it again ,, sory dont bother bagoros does not sell the inferno stickerset anymore so you have to remove all from your bike !

Shipped item back but no refund. Never ever gonna buy something again. Thanks for nothing

Ordered handlebars for my ktm superduke from Bagoros Performance. Very happy with my purchase, the Bagoros bars are a far better shape than the stock bars, far comfier than stock. They are slightly wider than the stock bars also. Even pushing the bike around the garage seems easier now. They have a nice glossy finish which didn't get scratched up at all when fitting all the controls. Would highly recommend.

Bought from them multiple times because they have good quality parts. The big downside with this company is communication. First time waited a about 4 months for my shipment to arrive. Always got another answer about my shipping date. This year i canceled an order and asked for a refund. Always got an email back the refund would be done the next week. Many many weeks and emails later i didnt got a refund. Opend a controversy on PayPall. Even there they didn't respond to me. Paypall refunded me since Bagoros did not respond at all. Don't trust this company anymore. Buy there parts from another webshop where they have the parts in stock. Just not from them directly...

Excellent product will definitely use again

Amazing product, I think only the delivery period they would need to work on and I know they will definitely improve.
