I waited weeks for a backpack with a compresion pump for £56. A basic cheap backpack eventually arrived minus the pump I've been fobbed off & a. refund request ignored. No longer answering emails.

Big con no bag arrived they sent a £1 bag tiny package just to show they had posted. Not the ruck sack I ordered disgusting and I am now calling my card company back for a refund. I saw the bag advertised on tic tok bags4you run a mile and don’t send payment off at all.

Paid for vacuum travel bag advertised on social media. Got a £1 clear plastic bag.
Avoid at all costs.

Waited ages for a vacuum travel bag, looked impressive, it took about 3-4 weeks and all I received was plastic bag, something I could have bought in Poundshop. Customer Services is nonexistent.

Scam. Received nothing and they tried to take a double payment

Never received anything apart from a small plastic bag. Absolute scammers avoid like the plague.

paid 80 for 2 bags and got some plastic bag, now need to rush into getting a new bag for holiday on top of the 80 i spent.

I bought two vacuum backpacks for me and my partner to go travelling, didn’t come before we went and waited 3-4 weeks to get them. Used shopify to buy them as I had used them before as seen them on tik tok and then got sent two vacuum packs not worth anymore than £2 for these bags! Wish I had looked at the reviews on here before buying! Just hope others will see this before buying as going through Monzo to get money back as company won’t answer any emails!

Total rip off - ordered a bag and didnt receive anything - send numerous emails without reply. Bagsfy on TikTok total scam shouldn’t be allowed !!! Raging

Absolute scam, I paid £38 for a bag and got a small vacuum bag. How can this company get away with this.
Also the fact that SHOP are working with them is ridiculous. I’ll never use SHOP again either.

I ordered i bag from them took the money and never delivered it and customer services never responded to any messages.

website is being flagged as unsafe on (firefox, edge and chrome on windows pc )so hopefully they been stopped, i contacted my bank (halifax) to contest the payment as a fraud. i was given temporary refund within 24 hours on the account they don't contest the refund

I ordered a vacaum backpack for 38 pounds as it was on offer they sent me a plastic vacaum bag that’s only worth a pound unbelievable!!!! They are scammers please dont purchase from this company don’t get scammed l, I have come back to add that this company is now call Bags4 you so please don’t get scammed l!!!

Do not purchase anything from them , I ordered the back pack and was sent a vacuum back and nothing else and I have tried to contact them through shopfy but it won’t send a msg to them
