Great customer service. I received a sample of the blanket I was interested in very quickly. Although it was not the color I was ultimately ilooking for, the pricepoint and quality needed was there. After speaking a few times with them, I placed the order for 4 cases of blankets for an event we are having. I received my order as promised, and faster than expected. The color ordered was true to the website. The one negative is that 3 of the 4 the boxes were broken/open upon receipt, and some of the blankets were not contained. They are shrink wrapped so no damage, but there could have been a loss of some product from just falling out of the box ,or theft if not in a secure area. Not sure if that is a shipper issue or UPS issue but the shipping boxes are flimsy or perhaps not well secured. Just a heads up on that. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this company to friends. Thank you for fast service.

Canceled my order 2x and blamed them reviewing IP, Card, Cookies and recent purchases for reason for canceled order. They will cancel smaller orders that they can’t or don’t want to fulfill and make up an excuse. They have a Spotify but in the message they track better then google. Got accused of fraud by a shady business person. Will never buy from them and will recommend similarly priced companies!
This is some slow dude in a garage with no organization and a Shopify account , he don’t even have tech ability to create a free standing site and is mad his bad decisions are losing him money and would rather develop a bad rep instead of improving!

Recently (Monday May 6, 2024) I placed an order for 4 boxes of Backpacks and though the order was confirmed (#PXAIK95EV) right there online and charged to my c/card, I never received (from Bags In Bulk) notification of the processing nor the expected delivery date, except for my c/card notification.
But even worse was the fact that, I never got notice or confirmation of delivery either; but all of the sudden as I was leaving for work (THU May 9) at 7:30 am, I found 4 boxes outside my home's perimeter (on the sidewalk). Now, I live in the Bronx NY, so you can imagine my surprise to have found those boxes, 3 of them were intact and the 4th was open.

Friendly customer service and super fast delivery time. I placed my order for 500 backpacks and they arrived within 2 business days. The backpacks were great and definitely worth the price, had a great back to school bash!
